I think this is a very well made jump rope for personal use because it has to be cut to the jumpers length. It gives a lot of freedom regarding the weight and it allows any conceivable jumping technique although one has to get used to the right angle bearing of the rope. But once that is done it is possible to spin the rope by using the shoulders rather then the wrists.

Hi, I have a skipping rope I use with the right angle handles but the wight of the niylon rope is a little to light for me and I need a rope line that is heavier, is this skipping rope worth the money regards mel.
