I have purchased an item supposing it would be under 3-5 UK Stándar Delivery (That is what it was showed at the check-out). 10 days after I contact them to know what happened and they told me that some items can take 7-10 days. Anyway, it’s been already 10 days! They realized and make the effort to check what going on and tell me that is on its route. Next day I received a letter from them (saying that the item was not delivered…) asking me to sign it so they can formaly ask the Delivery Company what happened. When I send the letter they told me that the item has been delivered!! But the item is not in my hands and my money is in their account. Proper Cheating!! And the best of it, when instead of a refund I ask them to send me another one (because I actually need that spare part) they refuse just saying: “Uk mail delivered the goods to the address you requested, so sorry no refund and we will not be sending another one”. I have all the email sequence with me if somebody want to check them out. Aftermath: They have my money and who knows who got the item.

Cryptic, rude and dishonest communications. Spend £350 on a frame and still hasn't arrived a week later despite being told it would. Wanted to cancel but was told that I cannot. Basically their customer care policy as follow: Customer annoying and always wrong, so please feel free to be rude to paid customers. It would also seem that they sell you an item, take payment immediately, and then you wait until it turns up. As soon as money is taken their responsibility ends. Got the feeling throughout this painful process that as a costumer you are an annoying nuisance that dare inconvenience them after they did you the favour of taking some money off you. If you really want a painful sale then feel free to use them, else, avoid at all cost. It's people like these that give small business a really bad name!

No information about delivery. Item never arrived. They claimed it had been lost in the post. Only positive ting was that I eventually was refunded but only after sending many emails.

DONT DO IT! slow rude inaccurate and unhelpful. ordered parts which they listed as in stock, they were not so they had to order them in, over twenty days later i have had to make 8 phone calls and over 15 emails to sort out this mess! the staff are rude to the point of insulting and of no assistance, the team on the email whilst not rude, are of no assistance and avoid answering simple questions. Did the parts arrive? yes,eventually Would I ever use this company again? no chance!

I've ordered some goods from this site three month ago. After no goods was received I've contacted with owner. Without positive results. No goods, wrong service and refuse to refund my money back! The only thing I've really received is a plenty of negative emails. Worst service I ever seen. Do not recommend anybody to use this shop.

Ordered a rare saddle-cover from this company, it arrived promptly, and on receiving it, ordered a second (as I say, it was a rare item, and they had multiples of it). Second one arrived equally quickly, and the staff I communicated with were very efficient. So exactly what an online shop should offer, basically.

Responses to enquiries about the whereabouts of my order ranged from cryptic to rude. A dozen emails and no straight answer to what I consider to be a fairly reasonable question "when will it arrive?". Wouldn't even say whether it had been sent or how it would be sent. Very frustrating. Have had to order from someone else that I know will deliver just to make sure it's here for a trip away. A bit of google research will show that the shop is well known amongst the cycling fraternity for terrible service - wish I'd done this before ordering!

The race face spindle rebuild kit was posted quickly and packaged as expected. even came with fitting instructions which I was not expecting so that's a great bonus. I purchased a Tacx Sirius cycle trainer second hand which unfortunately came without a small component - the star nut. After scouring the internet to find the item I eventually managed top find a spare for sale at Mark Anthony Bikes - Active Sport. After it was purchased I received the item neatly packaged by return of post. Now my Tacx is fully functional. No that's not quite true. I actually complained to the person I bought the Tacx Sirius from that it was without the star turny-thing (I can't use the word proper word) expecting to have a problem replacing it. She said she'd send me one. That was on Tuesday evening. By Saturday morning it was in my hands! I was a bit amazed, looked at where it had come from and had to visit the website to see who sold all this very useful stuff and could send it out so quickly and efficiently. Full marks Active Sport - its definitely worth a visit and I shall be doing business with them in future. Many thanks for your speedy service.

Great experience ordering with activesport.co.uk (ebay site). I broke a spoke during a days rideing, that evening i took the broken spoke out and measured it. In a sleep deprived state I measured the broken spoke and estimated the length that had broken off. Inevitably i guessed wrong. By the time the spoke had arrived i had removed another spoke to measure the true length and found out I had ordered the wrong spoke. I contacted active sport and they were more than happy to do a swap. They refunded both the cost of the spokes and the delivery cost. The replacement was received in good time. The product sees to be of good quality and the priced seemed to be competitive, compared to other low volume spoke sellers.

Ok many people will look at this item and at the price and probably decide that it not going to be very good quality,however,that is not the case,this bearing set,while not in the same league as sets made by Cane Creek etc, do,in my my opinion represent good value for money,the fit and finish is excellent and are ideal for the overhaul of my 10 yr old Peugeot MTB. Bought via suppliers eBy shop they were delivered very quickly indeed,well wrapped and supplied with a proper invoice,unlike some suppliers I've recently dealt with. This is clearly the worst transaction I've ever had with a shop. Their customer support department is incredibly arrogant and incompetent. Apparently the item I had ordered was not allowed to travel abroad, but instead of informing me that it had been refused by customs I had to open a PayPal case to find out. After almost a month since having ordered the Carbo Move spray I'm waiting for my refund.
