Zero stars. Absolutely appalling in this day and age to refuse to refund a product purchased and returned within 48 hours, still in the packaging and with receipt. I will never shop there again and will advise anyone to avoid it entirely. Imagine, if M&S had this behaviour - I'm sure they'd be out of business or inundated with complaints. “Terrible returns policy”

“Ridiculous charges for delivery and returns ”

No free returns via post so HOF wants Royal mail registered returns which cost £6.30 Besides, I was supposed to get a refund of £4.99 when they cannot send me a replacement (chose bigger size of the delivered) of my order, if not in stock. “Don’t ever buy from HOF online”

I bought 2 tops, identical except for colour, wore each once then washed them together in a 30 degree wash. One shrank by 4 centimetres, so I sent it back for a refund. My daughter ordered a dress from HOF for £75 and paid £5 for delivery. It didn't fit so we wanted to return it - they said to return it at our own cost and with special delivery that was £7.40!! We tried to take it to their store in Birmingham but were told we would only get an e voucher! An expensive £12.40 to try on a dress!!
