We stayed at Risley Hall for one night, Saturday 7 February prior to a function for which we'd requested, in advance, that reception book a taxi for us to the venue. On arrival, the taxi departure time was incorrect on the hotel's booking information. Fair enough, it was changed on request however, when the taxi arrived later, the destination booked by the hotel was completely wrong!
