I just signed up, I called the local access # and entered my PIN five times. Fail. I called the support number and spoke with a guy who said that I had to call customer service, after a stupid conversation. I told him that HE was customer service! Duh! In the meantime I could use the toll-free number at a much higher rate. I was then given the runaround. They'll have management fix it tomorrow. Right.

i bought the phone card last night at about 8:50 pm and i dail the local number at 8:51 and put in the pin right after, they told me i have $19 DOLLARS i was suprised!!!!! and i paid $20 for it. so i called the phone card company they said i have made two phones calls already, first call is 33 mins and second call is 3 mins i was like. i just bought the fAcking phone card like 1 min ago how in the fAcking world i made 36mins called alrdy. and this is ALFA COMPANY. so i give PHONECARDSMILE.COM A live chat, they told me give them 1 hour they will fix the problem, either they will gives me a new phone card pin, or they will refune my money. thats sound resonable. so i waited ONE DAY not one hour. becouse the phone card was sell to MORE THEN ONE BUYER. WHO KNOW HOW MANY. and do not BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE WARNING YOUR NOT GETTING WHAT YOUR PAYING FOR.!!!!!!!! I had sign up for two years and bought alot of cards from them. and just 1 problem THEY CANT FIX it ALL THEY WILL SAY IS SYSTEM DOWN WAIT. TILL TOMORROW...when you call/text tomorrow SYSTEM DOWN WELL CALL YOU TOMORROW.. EVERY TIME!!!! IF THE BUYS DONT BELIVES TRY IT YOUR SELF WHEN YOU LOSE MONEY THEN YOU WILL BELIVES ME.... Bought Fresh card for my wife to call family in Philippines for 2 yrs until I caught my wife who finally told me she never gets the minutes but had no proof of how short she was. Tonight I bought a card called communicator for $20.00. Suppose to be 3 hours 25 minutes. Timed this and stayed on phone. Got exactly 1 hr and 25 minutes. That is 23.5 cents a minute not the 7.3 cents they advertise and when my wife called customer service she can barely hear the East Indian service agent. He finally turns up volume some how and but continues to be rude. Finally he says he will straighten it out and wait a 1/2 hr and then we can use our missing minutes. When we call 1/2 hr later yes it works again but they only added 28 minutes. We tried using the 28 minutes and they only gave us 13 minutes and said we were out of time again. You getting this math? I am still an 1.5 hrs short. Real garbage company! Deceptive advertising/poor cheap service! Put the word out Please!!!! Oh yes because of hassling a rude guy in India I was able to get more minutes (28 that magically became 13) and reduce my 23.5 cents/minute down to about 21 cents per minute. Never again will I ever buy from Phonecardsmile.com!!!!! Will you??????
