Don't buy their Saver cartridges they are useless. You get what you pay for I suppose. These cartridges are advertised with a 190 sheet capacity which actually means you can print 190 sheets as long as there are no more than 10 words of type on each page… Read Full Review

I have ordered from them for years - and have given good reviews. However have just had a new yellow cartridge fail on me which was irritating enough as I hadn't yet bought the replacement. I do accept that with re manufactured cartridges there is a small fail rate and would have been OK with that, but what really got my goat was the attitude of the receptionist. “Complete failure of batch of cartridges”

This company, run by Abitech, used to be good value and reliable. I have used them for years. Not any more. I received a batch of their inks for Epson SX415 in March of this year, but did not need them until September. That should not be a problem. I replaced the yellow cartridge because it was empty. After charging, there was no ink whatsoever coming from the cartridge. It took endless recharges before yellow would print a proper pattern. By the time it did, the blue was empty. Ordered HP printer ink cartridges with the advertised promise of First Class next day delivery. 3 days later i received an email to say the items had only been packaged and awaiting dispatch. This was on a Friday, leaving it the following Tuesday before the products were delivered over a week after the purchase date. Simply awful. Should not be advertising next day delivery. “Stay away from this company TERRIBLE service”

Used this company for the first time as they seemed to be cheaper than my usual supplier toners 4 less. Placed my order on Sunday Sept 15th and the confirmation I received said a delivery would be 2 - 3 days. Thank you for your comment. Your order was placed on Sunday 15th at 5pm and was dispatched on Monday 16th 10.21am. Your item was delivered by first class royal mail. As you ordered a toner cartridge, these obviously can't fit through the letter box, but should only have taken 1-3 days.

You should have received it by now and your postman should have left a receipt if he couldn't place the item though your letter box, however sometimes this is not the case with some postman and unfortunately like most companies we rely on Royal Mail.

If you check with your local delivery office, your item should have been left there and you can organise to pick it up or get a redelivery, as this happens with Royal Mail items.

We have to wait 15 days as stated on the Royal Mail website to claim for compensation for loss of a product. After 15 days we are able to resend you the product or offer you a refund.

We apologise that you haven't had your order and assure all orders are checked and dispatched as soon as possible. Unfortunately as stated before we rely on Royal Mail to deliver our parcels and 99% of the time they get it right.

The statement about the Royal Mail may be correct but that does not mean that your customer service girls should be as unhelpful as they are.
You should remember a company will always fail without customers and that is why in all of my companies my cell phone number is available to be given to customers should they have a query as that is customer service.
The majority of our customers never call but they feel happy that the MD is not hiding away.
Perhaps you should have sent a second cartridge and offered for me to pay for a second if the original turned up, but that would have been customer service and putting your customer first, something that your organisation does not understand.

Further to your request the general manager had attempted to call you without reply to resolve the situation who is in charge of the company.

In actual fact she has called and spoke to me so she did get a reply and if she has tried again it was not to my number as I have no missed calls.Unfortunately it was not your MD as requested.

But then why should I be shocked with a company that has such poor service.

Finally got some sense by speaking with Vanda Brelsford the general manager who agreed that they needed to give some support and better customer service. A new cartridge was sent out and delivered within 48 hrs. I have agreed that if the original toner turns up I will purchase both cartridges. Shame they could not use common sense to start with but more satisfied once spoke with Vanda.

Thank you for your order. We try to get all orders out as quickly as possible and unfortunately as we are not open on holidays we ship items from the following Tuesday onwards. 99% off our order will be delivered in the 1-3 days from shipping time, due to the amount of orders we receive over a bank holiday period, it may take an extra day or two to dispatch the item.

“Terrible experience”

I orignally purchased a high-capacity toner cartridge for my Epson C2800DN back in February this year. After installing the cartridge, it became clear that there was a problem with it, as the print quality was terrible. They replaced the cartridge with another one, which was then fitted to the printer. At first, print quality was still below that experienced with the original Epson toner, but after a while it got better, albeit, probably not as good as OEM toner. I certainly hope you are able to rectify this situation, as a lifespan of only a few months and only a few hundred pages is not what I would expect from a high capacity toner cartirdge; not when a low capacity has lasted 2 years.

To your credit, I have been contacted by someone in C.C. and having tried their suggestion, to no avail, am now waiting to hear back again.

I would like to be able to change my review to be positive and glowing, like the others, but we shall have to wait and see what happens.
