I had an awful experience with this company. I tried to send some flowers and other details to a friend who had just given birth and everything turned upside down, without them accepting any kind of responsibilities. I ordered the flowers on a Monday and they assured me that they would be delivered on Wednesday. Throughout Wednesday I did not receive any type of notification until 10 p.m. where the company that delivered it sent me an email saying that they would be delivered on Thursday. I contacted Flora Queen because that was not agreed and most likely the flowers would not arrive on time. I was promised that the delivery company would contact my friend before making the delivery. In fact, my friend was discharged that day and the flowers were delivered to the hospital. I was furious, not only my surprise was ruined but they were useless! I had to contact to my friend and she had to send a relative of hers back to the hospital (an hour away from her family house) to collect the flowers. The Customer Service was lousy, they absolutely didn't care and they offered me an awful 10€ discount for next time, which of course I didn't accept. Shameful service, think twice before contacting this company. Zero seriousness and professionalism and zero quality or price. Simply appalling.

Today is the 4th time I have placed an order with FloraQueen, this is the 4th time the flowers have not arrive on the day. If you want flowers to be delivered for a specific event, order them to be delivery the day before. The quality of the flowers is always very good, the previous bouquet were not what I chose for the recipient. They don't update the exchange rates so the price they quite is not the price you pay! It's not cheap sending flowers abroad, they use local florist so FloraQueen are making good money on the order. This is the last time I will use them. Very disappointed.

Mother's day on the Thursday before, received notice that the delivery couldn't be made on Saturday and would be delivered Monday. Monday and Tuesday came and went and no delivery, wrote 2 emails over this time with minimal response, got an email Wednesday morning that they would be delivered on that day and received a voucher I don't really want, its now Thursday and still no flowers, I've been happy with FloraQueen up until now but this stuff up is monumental, Mother's day was a let down, kids were let down, and I can not write exactly how I feel about this. It's a week now since I ordered and paid for the flowers, another email has been sent asking for a full refund,

Never use this company. Not only they did not deliver on the day that was promised (1st of May, 2022, Mother's Day in Spain), the quality of the flowers was subpar and they did not respond to any of my support emails until the flowers were delivered 3 DAYS later to say they had been delivered. I requested compensation for the awful service provided, to which they have decided to completely ignore and not reply at all. They are not professionals, they don't even care their service is awful. If you use this company, you are funding people with no respect, beware!

I have ordered flowers to be delivered in Tunis, according to the website it is showing delivered this morning, NOTHING was delivered. I paid 117 euro for this bouques. I have sent more than 6 messages to FloraQueen and received nothing. Shame on you!!

The 80 euro bouquet of flowers I ordered did not arrive despite constant emails from FloraQueen to the contrary. I was offered no proof of delivery, nor any refund. A truly appalling company.

On the 28th of October I ordered a bouquet of flowers for an important family celebration, to be delivered on the 31st of October. On that date I received various emails to say that the order would be delivered but then to my surprise, I received various emails saying that it would be delivered on the 1st of November, and another to say that it had in fact been delivered in the afternoon of the 31st. Notwithstanding these various conflicting pieces of information, the order of flowers for the 31st has NEVER been delivered and has been delivered on the 3rd November damaged and horrible quality flowers. They say they DO NOT refund once the flowers have been delivered but they DO NOT realize how bad the service they are providing and how bad quality the flowers have been delivered. Very very disappointed and angry with this situation!

The bouquet was nothing like the one described. NO orange roses. No lily's. Only four red roses, four Gerberas and some Red Alstroemerias and lots of greenery I paid £60 for this TERRIBLE SERVICE. They do not reply to my emails, I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. and would advise others to steer clear of Floraqueen.

Not recommended at all. They do not bother to deliver your gifts once they received your money. I ordered flowers in advance, double-checked the address, but as long as the recipient is a guest - the name might be unknown for neighbors. To mitigate that - local cell phone number was provided. Nobody ever called. Five! days after failure they sent an email to me - something like that "we screwed up, but it is all your fault - no refund, no flowers". And the funny thing that they replied to my inquiry sent on the delivery date when I learn that my sister did not get any flowers! If they have reacted somehow on the delivery date - we would resolve that for sure, but now there is nothing to deliver, flowers are probably spoiled now(if there were any flowers at all - nobody has seen them). But nobody cares.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on a Saturday delivery so the day before. I ordered a deluxe bouquet of gerberas as there my wives favourite from the children it cost £60 as a deluxe version. Firstly my wife never received them for Mother's Day they turned up 4 days late and they were sent via another florist not even from floraqueen... from what I can work out they take your money for a premium product that they advertise and then just place an order for a basic bouquet with a local florist to you and you get a basic bunch of flowers you could purchase from Tesco for £20 at most... Please see images below of what I ordered and what I received... Once I got a reply they said that I received what I paid for? So if I paid for a standard version of the gerberas and not the deluxe version I guess I would of received just an empty box... Don't buy from them and they don't care and fob you off saying you got what you paid for but after seeing all the reviews saying pretty much as I have I can't see how they can keep going and I'm sure trading standards and other bodies will be after them soon... I for one will be reporting them...

I ordered flowers for my uncles funeral to be sent to a crematorium in Spain . I gave them the phone number address and name of the company. The was order was for the 26th January. On the 29th they claimed there was a problem and I have sent 5 messages to this day 9th February. I checked my credit card and I have a refund of $11. But this order cost me $118. This was the second time they messed up an order and I will never use them again. Absolutely disgusting to do this to a family. We live in Australia and this is all we could do for our family since we can not travel at these times .

Absolutely shocking- customer services at this company only applies prior to the order being or not being executed. In my case it was no delivery, they completely jumbled up the address- even put the street name in as the city! Since then they have not answered any of my messages to sort the address out and then of complaint. Unbelievable- guess it looks like I have lost my and two other friends money which I will have to cover, No flowers so no rating No answers from customer service so no rating

At first I thought they were not efficient but then it became obvious the whole system is set up to pretend and delay and just take your money and Don’t deliver The first thank you for ‘trusting us’ then supposedly let you track your order. Roses and lillies( ha ha) for my daughter and new baby in Italy. £60 worth or so I thought. Ordered on the 3 rd Sept For delivery on 5 th But no first they say they are ‘being prepared‘ still on the 5 th Not delivered same on 6 th then they claim they are ‘still en transit’ and fail to give any meaningful reply to my 16 queries. They just say these are’noted’ they claim customer satisfaction is their priority well ......... they do not care. The phone number they claim say you can access Is in Spanish and you are just left with hours of infuriating attempts to contact them. All deliberate so that people give up. Spent an hour with bank and blocked any further payments. No lillies and roses for my daughter no flowers andt for me misery and disappointment and charged £60 for this weary sadistic game they play . Heed me , have absolutely nothing to do with them ever,

My husband has ordered a special gift of 50 red roses for my anniversary. The flowers haven’t arrived on time indeed they have failed to arrived until one week later. We have refused to accept them of course as it was 1 week too late. We still haven’t received a refund and they don’t reply to our emails. I would think twice now to order the flowers on line and never recommend anyone to oder from flora queen..

UPDATE Bouque was delivered to another address. At least they informed us
