Ordered flowers regarding the passing of a family members mother. Received a phone message 30 minutes later asking for a return call reference my order. It took the representative 5 minutes to inform me the reason for the contact which turned out to be that my order was placed too late for same day delivery. “The worst customer service ever do not order from”

These are the WORST people to do business with. Do not order anything same day. They do not deliver same day. When you try to communicate with them they offer same response like reading from a book. Do not listen and do not care if recipient gets the order you’ve paid extra for to get the same day delivery. They do NOT care about customer satisfaction. I ordered flowers in Sat am, was told they would be delivered that afternoon. 1-800-flowers called at 3:00 and said they could not be delivered until Tuesday. I was not happy but said ok. No flowers Tuesday .....or Wednesday! I called again and was told that the flowers I chose were unavailable. Total disaster! I asked for a refund which I did receive. I wish I could show you a photo of this dead ‘one day old’ bouquet. Some Conways Florist cleaned our his old buckets of flowers and threw them into a shallow vase. There was no oasis or other means to even hold them in the vase. We sat them on the table and half of them fell out. The other half dropped their petals and we just looked at each other. Ordered on line a Christmas Centerpiece to be delivered to my parents by 8pm December 21st. It was to be delivered by one of their local florists in Ohio. It did not arrive as promised per their website or customer service agent I spoke to. I was then promised delivery by noon the next day but would not be from a local florist. Ordered flowers on Saturday for Sunday(Mothers Day) next day delivery. Received an email around midnight asking me to call. I called on Sunday and was told the flowers were not delivered. They would call the recipient and apologize also send out the flowers on Monday, credit our account and give us a $20 gift card. I needed to add ONE NAME to the card (not at all changing the order...only adding FIVE LETTERS to the card) The order as placed at 9:30am... it is now 12:35. I had gone online to order my friends family flowers for her family funeral and it charged my account 4 times so I text chat a person and they got my order submitted well she had promised it would be there on time it showed up wrong and hours and hours late I called and for three days someone said they would take care of me and nothing still it’s a week later and still no response this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with they charged me 6 times in the beginning and then another two times for the wrong item plus was hours and hours late and we had to drive back to Funeral home to go pick it up NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!
