Flickr Discriminating

Yesterday I tried to sign up for Flicker. After receiving the confirmation email I clicked at the link, and I could login.

But after that, I directly got the message "Account creation failed".

No other message, nothing. So I tried again, with another browser. Same issue applies.

Strange as it is my first try to sign up with this website. With an email address from a domain that only exists a few weeks.

I send an email for help. And guess what?!

I am being seen as "risky" and denied having an account. No explanation, nothing. I am just risky? This makes me angry.

Why am I risky? Because I live in Bulgaria? And thus must be risky, that is how it feels. Being dismisses as a kind of unlawful.

I never have done anything against the law, on the contrary, for all my jobs I needed a risk/security clearance. Which I have gotten, always.

And then being dismissed as "risky". Says enough about a company like this.

Flickr you are discriminating, and thus you have no right to exist.

Flickr Is A Fantastic Photo Hosting Website And On

Flickr is a fantastic photo hosting website and one of very few I'd ever bother to pay for! In my many years of using it, I've never known the site to have any down-time - it's incredibly reliable.

The basic account level is, well, basic, but as a pro user (that's the bit you have to pay for at $24.95 USD per year), you have unlimited uploads and storage and a whole heap of nifty extras to keep you occupied.

It's a fantastic way to share photos with family and friends and as far as photo hosting goes, it's by far the most user friendly interface that I've found.

Flickr Is A Great Way To Store And Share You Photo

Flickr is a great way to store and share you photos. You are able to upload as many as you want for free however if you wish to share them with friends and family they will only be able to view the last 200. Upgrading to a professional account is affordable though costing around 12 per year which is taken through DD. I also like the quick links where you can upload directly from your phone or digital camera and the control you have over who can view each picture. I have also used the wap site and although it is good it only displays three pictures at a time with no way of search of individual photos within a group.
