Steigenberger Pyramids Hotel
I left a $200+ coat with my house and car keys in it and they would NOT return my personal property. I called and they would hang up. I emailed them numerous times and received NO response. The travel agency contacted them numerous times and NO response. It's sad when hotel employees have to take from their guests. Fellow travelers, BEWARE, do not stay at this hotel!
