ChinaPlus is a small tour agency which advertises that it specializes in small groups. This is true. However, what you are not explicitly told is that if there are less than 10 members in the tour, you will be without a tour director and instead will have local tour guides serve as director in each city you visit. This is what happened to my husband and me. As a result, some experiences with tour guides were positive, others negative.
