I wish w had read the poor rating before making a purchase from them. They are absolutely useless when dealing with complaints regarding their products. They are no help and just do not want to know if something goes wrong with items purchased. Waste of money. Just keep away from them. L

Why does this site allow 1 star as opposed to minus ratings, as this is what I would give the liars at QVC!! I have made multiple purchases in the past, paying ridiculous P&P....2 items of different colours, but they still charge 2 full P&P costs...but if they're the same colour they discount it...but that's not my problem (this time)!! I placed an order for 4 items. All were in stock when I placed the order, and nothing went out of stock until more than 15 minutes after I ordered them. I checked why 2 of the items hadn't arrived today, and was told they were 'wait listed', as I hadn't ordered in time....which is an utter, utter lie!! This has destroyed a Christmas event my family and I had set up!! On top of this, QVC has been flogging their lies on Topcashback too. They did this by saying that if when using TCB I could earn a percentage back. They have refused to pay about 10+12 orders placed via TCB this year alone!! Unfortunately I have some payments left to pay to them or I would have told them where to go today.....but am looking forward to the time I can tell them to 'sod off!!'

Bought a shark vacuum cleaner for £253.95, a Today’s Special Value, exactly the same product for sale a few days later on the shark website for £199.00 with free delivery, never again will I use QVC

Like so many other reviews and reviewers, my recent experience with QVC and their selling partners, leaves a lot to be desired! I ordered pies to come to Northern Ireland as I have done multiple times in the past. 4 weeks passed and no sign of my delivery. I checked their site and it stated these had been sent and delivered. I contacted QVC, who stated they'd get a replacement sent. No notification from QVC, however their website stated it had been posted. Again, I gave it 2-3 weeks, but no delivery. I contacted QVC, who told me that the company don't post to Northern Ireland!! I advised them that I'd had at least half a dozen deliveries from this company. If they didn't deliver to Northern Ireland, how did the first delivery get posted, but not make it to me? Why did I receive 6+ deliveries in the past!? I was offered £20 not to leave QVC when I told them I've had my fill with their recent inadequate responses and the cost of P&P and returns!! (Another online shopping service with a name the same as a South American river can post free of charge and return for little to nothing). I'm now waiting for my last Flexi pay to clear, then I'm leaving with all my data with me!! I don't want to hear from them ever again as I've had too many metaphorical slaps in the face from this company!! I'd suggest (given the reviews and average scores on this site) that QVC do a lot of soul searching and speak to their customers to try to change things around, as internet shopping is going to close them down....and their unique USP isn't going to save them!!

MY ORDER NOT ARRIVED AFTER 14 days! I paid in full! Now told they will not get anymore in BUT STILL SELLING IT ON WEBSITE IF they keep everybody's money for 14 days then not deliver what a profit they make on the interest of hundreds of people. I have to wait for my money to be returned

Have shopped with QVC for 11 years received a phone call to say my return rate was 6% above the permitted level l mostly return clothes and shoes as they often don’t fit. QVC charge huge postage rates no free returns they are also a multi million pound organization.When l question the fact that the 30 day return policy is often commented on and actually incorrect if there is a percentage limit on returns the qvc caller said it was there policy never heard this mentioned on the hyped up shows.Will be taking my custom elsewhere and advise others to do so .

I was disgusted to hear the presenters talking about the slug pellets saying that slugs have no use and are a pest. Slugs are the main food source for hedgehogs and itsvthis kind of attitude that is killing off our hedgehogs. Shame on you!

QVC used to be a very good shopping channel, not any more! Where to start? There are still some good presenters, but sadly there are now too many who think the shows are all about them and not the products they are selling. Ignorant is the best way to describe them, talking over those who represent the brand. If they don't talk over, then they shout to make themselves heard or giggle like schoolgirls. Now the products. Have ordered few clothes due to sizing problems. Have recently queried quality of Skechers footwear as they are wearing out too soon for price and wear. Never buy makeup now, after poor experience with Gatineau moisturiser that actually gave me wrinkles! Real Pie Company mince pies have to be the worst ever tasted, to much sugar sprinkled on top. High street bakery has better quality at a fraction of the price. OPI cheaper on other online sites. Diamonique necklace badly tarnished, although it's never been near any perfume. Only item that's been any good is H20x5 steam mop, although I bought new pads from Amazon.

Ordered and paid for Richard Jackson Flower Power in February. As of today 27.04.18 item has not been received. Emailed QVC numerous times and promised replacement would be sent out - still waiting!!!

Having purchased the Laura Geller jewel Makeup set, at a cost of £45.00, I am so disappointed. The foundation dries out my skin, and the lipstick lasts no longer than 10 minutes! I had high expectations of this product, especially as it was so expensive, I will not be purchasing again. On a positive note, the delivery was quick, but that's about all I can praise.

Slow service expensive p&p, been shopping with them for 20 years, but they are getting slower, an average 7 days for items to be delivered, you get an email after 2 days to say make way your parcels on it's way, the the next day hermes email to say your parcels on way to local courier, then courier received out for delivery, then major event so allow 24 hours, 2 days later, delivery attempt made wait 24 hours, then on way to courier, out for delivery AGAIN ! Yawn it's getting boring now. I could of cycled to their warehouse and picked up the parcel myself. Instead im still waiting for my parcel to arrive 9 days later. their customer service doesn't exist, I have inquired a couple of times in the past about parcels taking ages and they send you a form out for missing parcels, no apology, no looking into the matter or chasing up. I have come to the conclusion that I will shop elswhere .

My returns to another company were sent to the wrong destination and the courier was not interested in investigating where my parcel was. I rang QVC as the courier told me that is where the missing package was delivered. I am not even a QVC customer but the members of staff I talked to were very sympathetic and helpful and assured me they would look for my parcel and ring me with an update. Fantastic service when I am not even a customer. The parcel has not been found yet but I am so impressed by QVC staff. Thank You for trying to help me.

I was very upset to find out that I had paid for postage on the item. And when my item arrived and was not suitable for me I had to pay postage again I will not be ordering from QVC again.

This is a warning to all you unsuspecting customers out there who are loyal to this snakelike trader. They will betray you by teaming with their delivery partners, divulging your bank account details and account history , which not only violates data protection laws but betrays the customer, They literally stitch you up for prosecution and don't care about their customers. Not only that but they are quite happy to take orders off you until you are prosecuted. It is the fault of their delivery partners that you end up in that situation in the first place by losing your parcels in the post. Qvc stands for quite vile cads so beware, all you unsuspecting consumers.

I had to send back a Bose and told them I wanted to use UPS as I don't trust Hermes. But SoundTouch 20 is £70 dearer at qvc and they say because they bought it when dearer and therefore lowering the price like all other competition don't help them by losing money

I'm registered disabled have mobility issues and as such do not shop for clothes as it's a nightmare in fitting rooms. I treated Q.V.C as an on-line department store, ordering a number of items to try on at home as you would in a department store.Then returning what didn't fit or suit me after all there's a 30 day money back guarantee - no wrong apparently i sent back to much.The presenter's encourages you to try the clothes, if your not happy send it back for a full refund. If the company don't want these returns, should they not state this at the point of ordering. Over the year's i must have spent quite a bit of money i bought all my beauty products with them not to mention Christmas and birthday present's. All my clothing. I rang the department concerned and, explained cause of disabilities i probably ordered more than most people - being housebound then surely i would return more. My account remainsclosed they didn't careabout my circumstances. They should state their policy on return's more clearly - i.e don't order to much cause we don't want you to return it.

This does annoy, as I my mother had the exact same issue, she is confined to a wheelchair and whilst she can 'sort of' move, clothes shopping is a nightmare (she is a larger lady also), she decided to do as you do and use it as an online 'changing room', she even telephone customer services and explained the situation as she know she may be breaching some sort of 'unwritten rule', but when she did phone customer services she was just re-iterated the 30 day money back guarantee. Assured (so she thought), she carried on, however 6 months down the line, her account was closed. She received a letter that basically stated that as she was not happy with the products and the cost of sending items back only for them to be returned was costing the business [QVC] to much, so I am sorry to say that we have had to terminate your account. She was mortified, my mother being my mother took the case to the ombudsman, where she got the a copy of the 'unwritten rule', and in there it stated that if a certain % of clothes were sent back then yes the account would be terminated. Apparently though this is the case on all websites. So it is a case of DSR user beware, as yes you can execute the DSR terms but only to a point, which I believe is different for each company.

I've been buying from QVC for over ten years. However the only goods I would still buy from them is make-up or moisturisers, etc. The dresses I have bought saying they are manufactured in the USA are in fact mostly made in China. Been very disappointed recently with quality of goods. The p & p is far too expensive and returns you have to pay for yourself. If you go on the web a lot of products they sell are much cheaper elsewhere. Will not be shopping with them so often in future.

I have recently tried to leave 2 negative reviews which were truthful but both were rejected. I believe QVC are manipulating the reviews nowadays. This is not the sign of a good firm. I have shopped with QVC for about 15 years but will do so less and less. We all know their p & p charges do not reflect the true cost to them and the other day I saw a tiny Charlie bear costing £12 have a £6 p & p cost. Parcels are not arriving and it takes ages to get a refund. If I see something I like the look of I always look elsewhere on the net or even the manufacturers website and so many times I am finding the same items so much cheaper than QVC, and no p & p charge often.

Most skincare products sold on QVC are unsealed. 30 day money back guarantee looks good but as there is no combined postage it can cost on average £6-10 to just look at one item never mind trying it. I recently received makeup unsealed and the dropper clogged I have also received body cream which looked as if it had been already used. Most items are not suitable as gifts as they are not sealed and very rarely boxed. TSV's usually only have the main product and filled up with "Travel" sizes (Samples to everyone else) Better skincare products available on the market elsewhere at less cost. I have purchased many of the brands sold on QVC on a well known Auction site they have always come sealed and a lot of the time even boxed together with combined postage unlike my last purchase from QVC which was 6 items from a New Brand (one of the very few) whose products come individually sealed and boxed with cellophane, my postage costs alone were approx. £24 plus if I had sent them back It would have cost me the return postage charge as well. Also QVC are not very good at giving information on Animal testing, parabens etc on beauty products. I find that Presenters champion the higher cost brands which receive a lot of air time and a lot of the smaller brands which are just as good and less expensive become overlooked.

I recently purchased the Yankee Scroll electric melt warmer,I was very happy to receive it.It was very beautiful and extremely excellant value,with the 16 tarts they smelt amazing,and also the warmer lighted up when it was put on.it looked really very pretty,would highly recommend it for a present & self purchase.

We had the same with the Lawn Magic, they said it was coming direct from manufacturer, I could have a refund if not received in another 6 weeks!!!!!
