WOULDNT BUY ANYTHING FORM THIS LOT BASED ON THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have had similar experience, I bought a second hand car last September but had nothing but trouble with it so demanded my money back, despite being promised this in July, still no money.
Good news is that I have there courtesy car, and guess what, they are not getting it back until I get my money:-)

I live in Essex. Which is approximately 278 miles away from this dealer. I saw a vehicle advertised by them, I made enquires via email as to the condition of this vehicle and service history and so on. I was extremely impressed that my emails were answered out of hours. I was told the vehicle was in nice condition. On the basis on the information received from this dealer. I paid a holding deposit, made arrangements to collect the vehicle the following weekend.
Emails were exchanged during the course of the week, as I was assured the vehicle would be serviced and valeted in preparation of me collecting the car.
I travelled 278+ miles, on arrival my part ex, was commented on its condition. I was then told there was a problem with my new car, I was advised that I was not to worry as this issue would be rectified. Upon inspection of my "nice" car, I could see that both front wings had been damaged or keyed, someone had tried to cover up the damage with touch up paint. The passenger door had also sustained damage. He informed me, that he believed this damage may have been caused by the valeters.
Because I was informed this issue would be rectified. I paid for the car and left. I collected the car on the 24th September, it's now the 4th October. I was asked to obtain a quote, which I adhered to and submitted. It's been estimated that the repairs will be in the region of £360.
I've had to chase the matter up, and even today, after informing them I'd written to Hyundai Head Office, it still hasn't generated any response.
Buyers beware. Aftercare is appalling. I would have tried to rectify the issue asap. But they don't seem to care. To add to there incompetence as to rectifying this matter. The vehicle was serviced on the 23rd September. they failed to stamp the service book. I've now had to send this via registered post which has cost my £7.20 to ensure the book is stamped and return.

I have just purchased a Hyundai i10 Go from BCC Bolton (Hyundai) and the customer service I received was outstanding. The staff made me feel welcome, valued as a customer and explained everything in detail, ensuring I got the best possible deal for my budget (even throwing in some petrol for my new motor). It's a pity I'm not permitted to mention individual names of staff in my review. All the staff were great but one staff member in particular was extremely helpful and demonstrated excellent customer care from the moment I walked into the showroom to the moment I drove my new car (which I am loving)off the forecourt. Thank you for making my experience so positive.

I have just bought my 2nd Car from BCC Cars. The first was a Hyundai Tuscon in 2005 which I bough on line and had delivered to my then home in Kent. It was a great car that I kept for 5 years with not a days trouble. Hyundai stopped doing the Tuscon so I ended up with a Volvo which I have now traded in with BCC for the newly released Tuscon. Once again I have bought from BCC on line and had my lovely new car delivered to my current home in Wiltshire. BCC were able to get me the car I wanted when local dealers could not, at a price I was happy with and in a time frame which was a lot less than I have been quoted by others. It was a huge pleasure to deal with the team at BCC and heartening to see that the standards are just as high now as when I first dealt with them.

I took delivery of a Hyrundai Tucson first week in June 2016. He handled everything and was very helpful and only too happy to put up with all my questions about the cars tech' spec'.. within a week I was back again after numerous phone calls to him..(I'm a technophobe..)and rather than pull the shutters down and pretend to be closed as he knew I was on my way down (again) he welcomed me and dedicated quite some time to help an old poor soul with no technical know how... further... after I had arrived home he rang... he had researched every possibility of an answer to my awkward questions with a clear concise result.. I just want to say thank you to a sales person who cares about a customer beyond getting a signiture on a contract. He is an exceptional and professional member of the Hyrundai team in Bolton and I know exactly were to go if I have any further problems... Thank you.

I have just bought a used car from this dealer and I had placed a deposit on a car subject to seeing it, I then found this site and became a little anxious, but to be fair the sales executive was great from start to finish and at no point did I feel that I had been pressured in to the sale.
one thing he did explain that they had a full change of managment in late 2015 and all the sales team had been changed as well.
so for me, it was a great experience from start to finish.

Waste Of Time
Walked in feeling excited as we were looking to buy the new 8 seater. No receptionist or sales man approached us in the 15minutes we were there.
Once we flagged someone down we asked about the 8 seater and the sales man had no idea what we was looking for. We showed a picture from the website and he simply said "oh we don't have that you need to go Stockport" then turned and walked away.
That was it!
No personal service, no interest and definitely no sales skills.
Up your game Hyundai, you just lost another customer!
