ordered some carbon for my bike back in March 2010,thought they would take a while to arrive? Guess what im still waiting.E-mailed them as i dont know their phone number,NO reply to any of my e-mails,will be getting on to my visacard to get my money back!!Not happy,dont use these scumbags.

500 £ Parts ordered in December 2009. Paid in advance by bank transfer and nothing received so far, they stop communication and don't even answer anymore to emails...phone number provided in their first answers is is not working. They are THIEVES! anyone who has updated information about this GANG OF THIEVES(name of the owners, employers, phone, fax number, etc...etc...) please post them here! thanks.

Initial fast response on emails. Until you pay them. The whole delivery status is vague, they claim 10 workdays. In reality you don't get your order, this company is fraudulus internet scam. Beware!

In my experience the quality of Emoto goods- carbon etc. is very good. If they have what you want in stock, they are very efficient and curteous. The problems arrise if something is out of stock. They either will not reply to E-mails or tell you that things are sent when they are fully aware that not only do they not have them in stock but they have no clue as to when they might get them. Then they become increasingly rude. I think it's a great shame - Their range is enormous and the quality good but customer service is either non existent or diabolical. To those who praise Emoto on this site - keep ordering- you'll come unstuck sooner or later. My credit card company had to get my money back!

Oct 18, 2009 Ordered frame plugs for my 1098. Interesting that during the order process that I was not asked to submit any payment method or acct information yet the order was 'completed'. I received a confirmation e-mail saying that they received the order and would be contacting me about payment (kind of flakey sounding to me). Based on the reviews on this list, I'm glad thet I didn't give any information other than a shipping address. I'm composing an e-mail to them cancelling my 'order'. It will be interesting to see if they ship the frame plugs and then try to extract money from me. Mark Washington state, USA

I ordered over £200 of motorbike parts from EMoto UK in May and I have never received anything! their service is non-existent! They had the cheek to try and fob me off with the old 'it has been sent in the post' line, then nothing when I continued asking where my goods were.
I order a lot of motorbike stuff over the internet and i have never come across a company like this before.

eMoto UK is the worst internet company I have ever had to deal with. Ordered parts on 12th May and still not received them or a refund. I have noticed loads of other people have been having similar problems.

Okay, eMoto UK Internet Shop company sourced me a part I couldn't locate, thumbs up great work, I am very happy with the delivery time and the ultra quick email response. They also sent me a keyring free of charge!

Disgraceful customer service from emoto uk internet shop. I ordered £400 worth of goods but 9 weeks later these have not been delivered. Phone calls are never responed to. You are told in early emails that goods have been dispatched, however as time goes by, Emoto UK stop responding. I have now been in touch with my credit card company who are going to begin proceedings to recover the money. Do not buy from this company unless you pay by credit card

Service is non-existent at eMoto UK Internet Shop. Rang them,answerphone saying they're always busy.Emailed them,goods said to be in transit so i ask for tracking number,no reply! Absolute waste of time & money.

I ordered stuff, eMoto UK took the money and then didn't deliver. I wrote to them and eventually got a reply with 2 words "good luck" when I said that unless there was news I would have to take steps to recover my money.

I have ordered over $3300 AUD worth of 1198s products from
eMoto UK Internet Shop. Dispatch was confirmed to be within 24hrs That was over 8 weeks ago.I have received nothing. My last 10 emails and phone calls have not been responded to. I have just placed the matter in the hands of my bank.
This is very disappointing.

I would definately buy again, just have to save more money. I ordered £600 worth of Ducati carbon, excellent quality, fitted it myself with no problems. All parts were listed in stock, ordered on Thursday got the stuff on Friday.

I bought over £250 worth of bits - mainly a Brutale by-pass pipe and some Oberon foot pegs. They sent the wrong foot peg adaptors but said they would exchange them for the correct ones. It took weeks of emails, phone calls and faxes to get any response from them. At one point they kept me hanging on the phone for over 10 minutes and then just put the phone down. This brought out the worst aspects of dealing with them. They are arrogant and do not deserve to be in business.

I ordered a bunch of parts from these guys to have shipped to Japan for my MV Agusta. They said they would customize the parts and have them here in a couple weeks. I thought great, and the prices they were offering it for it was a good deal. Well, 6 weeks goes by and no parts. I mailed them several times to find out what was going on and they blamed it on customs. So, I thought alright the parts are here in the country and it should get them soon. Well, No, that wasn't the case at all. The parts never arrived so after a couple weeks I called them again to see what was up? The next explanation to why my order was not coming was that my card payment was cancelled.

Ordered a couple of items from them. One of them came right away. The other one was delayed and given an "expected" date of delivery. Once the date was passed, I made the mistake of asking if there was an update for the delivery. Went downhill then on.
