I have an issue with my email account where my sent items folder has disappeared which I logged 2 weeks ago. I have received 2 emails in that time offering no time frame or useful advice.

This is not the level of support I would expect, for what is a significant issue to me.

Loads of problems with access to the remote server; often find that the virtual machine has bee restarted, thus knocking out all the files which should be running 24/7.

Online support tickets go unanswered and the customer service line goes to voicemail. Service was so bad we decided to to buy our own hardware and host ourselves within a data centre...

Not cheap either for FileMaker hosting.

For one of our projects we needed very specific hosting capabilities in terms of launch, bandwidth, server load and potential volume of traffic. Rapidhost immediately came to the rescue with a proposal that would scale and one that would not break the bank. I would certainly recommend RapidHost as the pre and post sales staff certainly know their technologies and actually deliver outstanding support.

I have always found RapidHost a very easy Company to deal with and would always recommend them to other potential clients. They explain what can be a technically difficult subject to grasp in a language that non-technical people would understand and take the hassle away to allow you to concentrate on running your business.
