Finally, a very much desired microwave has arrived. This is a microwave that is really strong and of high quality. I enjoy baking cakes and pizzas at home, so this is the perfect way to prepare them. It's also easy to run and usable. Eye-catching style and easy to clean.

It's quite expensive.Not properly installation and the service provider is not anserwing any call.

This is a very good and high-quality microwave. I have exactly such a stove at home. When I bought this device I liked its design and possibilities in cooking. Of course I am not a chef, but I managed to surprise my family a couple of times by setting the appropriate modes and gently roasting the bacon.To my surprise, I easily washed the oven from the inside after cooking. I can recommend this device to those who are just starting to create their own food. However, I would like to see this device a bit cheaper.

I have the problem that this is the only microwave which fits into my kitchen. I have had problems with the previous Bosch microwave, the door was faulty on that as well and it needed a new magnetron, which was five years old, so, three years ago I purchased a new one. The door catch has broken this time and it has taken over three weeks for a new part to arrive from Germany and it hasn't arrived yet. When the part does arrive it will cost me £93 pounds to get it fixed. The repairman says it is the second Bosch he has seen in under a couple of weeks to need the same repair, the part must have been very poor quality in the first place, outrageous considering the price of the machine. The repairman is a local person, not Bosch and he is usually less expensive than the manufacturers. I am wholly disgusted with the quality and level of service from Bosch. My kitchen also has an integrated Bosch dishwasher and fridge and I own a freestanding Bosch washing machine, they have all been ok, except that the dishwasher has always had a faulty detergent dispenser since the day I got the machine, but, I couldn't be bothered to get that fixed as I can cope with a poor spring on that. All in all, quite poor products considering the price. My father has a Thorn microwave, over 14 years old and it has never gone wrong, my father is now 98 and uses it every day at least twice a day, that is service from a machine. My daughter in law is getting a new kitchen and is keeping clear of Bosch after my experience, I think everybody should be aware, expensive doesn't always equal best.

Bosch prides itself on good quality products. Our experience is different. This microwave has broken twice in the last four years. Unfortunately our hands are tied as this is the only microwave that fits the slot in our fitted kitchen. We have had to resort to the daylight robbery that is Bosch home appliance care to resolve the issues and will probably end up spending more in the long run on repairing it than a new one.

Make sure your new fitted kitchen has a standard microwave slot so when your microwave breaks down you can simply throw it away and get a new cheap one. I feel sorry for those people who are forced to be repeatedly taken to the cleaners by Bosch Home Appliance Care.
