It's difficult to describe how bad this fax is. Although I like machines in general, this one is always kind of hostile towards the user. Its menu is impossible to be memorized. The unhappy purchaser discovers that there is no logical sequence that might help to discover the cloudy functions. Total waste of money and time, and so much trouble! … Read Full Review

Echo/background noise at all sound sources - recording message, incoming messages, phone calls
Seems difficult to set up and doesn't always act in way described in manual
Fax coming out front requires desk or other space without which fax falls onto floor.
