I made my order more than 6 months ago. I received a faulty product and I am still waiting to get a replacement and the response I have received from the company is shocking. They have tried to fix this many times but they have very long delays and they keep on sending faulty products to my property. Never buy from this company.

Lovely dining table & chairs...just as i wanted & fits perfectly in my dining room.measurements given on site exact.Given 4 stars as feel delivery did seem 2 take forever..But DID arrive in stated time.. Glass top is very heavy & needs 2 people 2 lift but once built it is quite easy 2 move the table...1 leg seemed 2 screw in a lot more than the other 3 but all in all the complete table is very sturdy......1 very pleased customer looks just like the picture.....Thank you...

Appalling service. Our table anf chairs arrived withour fittings and with a damaged leg and we are STILL awaiting a new leg and the fittings were sent toi an incorrect address. I would NEVER deal with these people again, they ignore your emails and are appalling when dealing with customers.

All OK, very heavy - get help to build it. Recommend a mix of chair colours to add a bit of contrast.

Not 100% happy with colour (but my fault, partly, as I could have requested a fabric swatch, I think! and one person's 'charcoal' may differ from another's perception of the colour; for me, it had too much of a brown tinge to it)

Don't waste your time ordering from this company - especially if the item is unsuitable and needs returning. Took seven weeks for the item to be turned around with little help from the incompetent customer service staff.

I received this unit today and it was delivered on time and carriers even offered to put it in the room i wanted, Unit came in 3 boxes and was well packed and is lovely when build would recommend this company to any one who asks as i'm very pleased

I had an excellent service from Frances Hunt. I am delighted with my dressing table set. The staff on the phone line were helpful and efficient and the delivery guy was great.

I was so pleased I emailed to thank them.

Only problem was the length of time it took to get my order was about 3 weeks longer than at first estimated. However, I was kept informed and would definitely order from Frances Hunt again
