We ordered a second choice sofa and footstool on the promise that we would get it within 2 weeks ........... 5 weeks later and after 3 aborted delivery times that we stayed home for !! , they deliver the completely wrong sofa which my wife was told was correct by the delivery guys And felt intimidated so she accepted it . Do not use this company! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. We ordered a sofa, foot-stool and 2 cushions over 6 weeks ago, after being quoted 2 weeks for delivery. We received 1 cushion and the foot-stool. We have been told that the sofa is lost in the midlands and the other cushion was delivered to store in error. You hear all the right noises on ordering but from then on down hill . Shop told to have no dialogue with you as escalation team involved , escalation team not communicating with you so who do you speak to ??? Email now gone to CEO, SARs request put in verbally and in writing. Retail Ombudsman contacted along with FISA. Now told we’ve lost your sofa !!!!!!!!!! “Dodgy company be careful ”

We have waited 5 months,we received email to book the delivery date online,so in order to do that we had to pay the rest of the balance, we did that and delivery slot disappeared.  Everyone please beware before u buy from Sofology.customer service is no existent. Take 40 mins to answer and when they do pick up they say they cannot help and and if we cancel then we will lose the deposit. Now they r saying we won’t receive the sofas until end of August. I purchased a sofa on 8/6/2020 based on being told it would arrive within 2-3 weeks (3 Weeks maximum) We missed the 3 week deadline. So after calling up and being palmed off constantly with the same story by the main contact for deliveries - I decided to keep turning up to the showroom every 2-3 days. I ordered a sofa, the ordering process was easy and I booked a delivery slot. 7 months after having my sofa the material went bobbly and the seat cushions went baggy. “WORST PURCHASE EVER”

Bought a 3 seater and within a week seats on both side went out of alignment by 3 inches each, one went backwards and another sideways. Sofa looking really broken and out of shape. Their customer service sent an 'expert' who was so rude in his behavior and left within 5 minutes after inserting few screws. I purchased a sofa bed from sofology at the end of December. As we are doing a lot of work on our house, I decided to spread the cost over the 4 years with the interest free credit. I was informed that the credit agreement was with Barclays. They attempted to deliver the sofa bed on 14 February. Purchased what I was told would be an extended warranty through Sofology and would be covered for any eventuality try to make a claim and rejected as low and behold not covered by warranty which turns out to be no more than accidental damage cover that is the same as what my home insurance would cover I feel that Sofology missold the insurance as something it is not and once your warranty is up it is up and tough luck you’re on your own regarding poor materials or workmanship that may not… Read Full Review

If you are looking to buy a new sofa, do yourself a favour and don’t buy from sofology. The service in store was great but that’s as far as your positive experience will go. First lot of furniture arrived and both of the sofas were damaged. We were told it would take 3 days to do a report on the damaged furniture and someone would contact us. The two men (15 c) were great. They had to more or less disassemble the sofa to get it in. Then they rebuilt it in situ. The sofa is great we made a good choice. The team noticed that the bottom cloth had been stapled previously and was starting to fray, they put in a call straight away and in no time Sofology contacted us to arrange a visit to replace the whole bottom cloth. SOFOLOGY HAS BEEN BRILLIANT - I read all of the bad reviews (and was really worried) but I must say they have been fantastic from start to finish. We bought the sofas from the sofology clearance online so got a great price. After purchasing a sofa from sofology all seemed well until 6 months after delivery, that’s where it all went downhill. The wooden feet of the sofas started to split as they were not solid wood, but laminated, after all this time they are still in the bag waiting for someone to come out and fit them...... Sofology seem to upset more people than not and here is my experience.. Never buy insurance from them big promise about care but never deliver you end up paying more . Nice to hear about great service on trustpilot but be careful when you buy from sofology as when you buy a sofa from them they make you buy insurance to protect your sofa. I buy a leather sofa £1800 and they make me buy insurance which they say will cover anything happen even lost colour or stains they will repair it at no cost.
