I brought a sofa and chair. Was delivered just before Christmas. Looks great but since sitting on it it's not what I sat on in store. It's like sitting on a slab. It's so uncomfortable. I contacted Sofology and the Just won't answer. They don't give a damn once they have your money. With a prompt from Sofology our delivery date was set for 10th jan and at midday on that date we got a call saying sofas wouldn’t be delivered. Why? That same old shipping gag that they tell so many customers. They must have know there’re was a problem prior to this, why? didn’t we get a call before we let our old sofas go. why? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THIS MONTH. We bought a sofa in November and were told that it would be delivered straight after Christmas. On the 10th of January we were telephoned by Sofology and asked to pay the balance of £1500 as they were going to deliver it on 15th and if it was delayed we would be charged a storage charge. I have called them 3time and still unable to et a timeline

“Don't buy insurance”

Don't buy from this company and definitely don't buy insurance as it's not worth anything if you wan't to make a claim. I'd rate my experience as zero stars out of 5 if I could and will never buy from them again. Really bad company to deal with that will mis-sell expensive insurance that is completely useless. “Damaged and Dangerous Sofa delivered stay clear ! ”

This company is excellent at sales and tell you everything you want to hear, but the Lazio 3 seater leather electric recliner sofa and armchair I’ve bought has been delivered with damaged/dangerous wiring , leather scuffed and damaged , recliner motor not working correctly , parts hanging off and after a few weeks the leather seat is sagging and looking aweful. To start off from my first visit into store was great we decided to have a new settee and popped into our local branch Wednesbury to have a look round, we found a sofa we loved and decided to have the cuddle chair to match as we liked it that much. “Still Waiting”

Ordered our sofa last week of October, we where told they would try for a christmas delivery but 5 days later had a txt telling us delivery would be 05/01/18 ! On the 4th Jan we had a further txt confirming delivery on the 5th between 1100hrs and 1500hrs. On the morning of the 5th we had a txt .... due to shipment being delayed we will deliver on the 16th .... Hi All I have recently bought a new suite from sofology but whilst the quality of the furniture is outstanding their customer service is not!!! We have an issue and have rang them 5 times and 5 times they have said we will pass it on to the relevant department and they will contact you and 5 times they have not!!! It appears we are not the only ones who have been lied to and let down over promised delivery dates before Christmas. We ordered our sofa in early October from the Solihull store and was assured of a pre Christmas delivery however, during the first week of December we received an e-mail asking to choose a delivery date (the earliest available being the 27th December). Very similar experience to me and my partner. They have failed on the 3rd “delivery” attempt today. Spread the word and save others the pain. Wish we had went with someone else. Good luck getting your sofa

Hi, we finally received our sofa today (3rd Jan) but it was down to me to telephone yet again this morning. We didn't get the four hour delivery notification that they state you get by e-mail so we thought that we would be getting more excuses. That's why I phoned and their response was "I've heard other operators talking about this, it appears there may be a problem with their automated e-mail service. However, you are number 3 on today's delivery which will be between 08:00 and 12:00".
They mask their problems and poor feedback on Trust Pilot and Review Centre by encouraging people to give feedback from their experience visiting their showrooms and on placing the order. Of course, your happy to do that and give 5 stars. This then gives a false impression and only when you scroll through do you find the feedback relating to product and delivery problems. They also delete negative comments placed on their Facebook page.
If they had been honest with us, we would have been unhappy but that would have been preferred rather than being continually lied to.
Hope you get your sofa soon and you should insist on some financial recompense for the aggravation and inconvenience you have suffered.

From the start I have experienced the worst customer service. Different dates being given for delivery. Initially 2 weeks, then 6 weeks. No call backs when promised, no reply from online complaint. Finally a delivery date of 20/12 came. Unhappy, but it was before Xmas so went with it (even though we had dispersed of our furniture and were making do with garden furniture due to the dates given) And then at 17.25 the night before delivery they rang and cancelled. I ordered my sofa 6weeks ago and got a call to say it was in ready to be delivered last week. I booked the delivery for the 19th of December (today) and got a confirmation text saying I would have my sofa between 7-11am. The product seems to be nice, but the customer service it is an absolute nightmare. After the purchase is closed, you will not be able to get any help if needed. The quality is terrible. My new sofa was delivered faulty. I contacted sofology immediately. They didn’t seem very interested at all, but I persistsed and they agreed to replace the faulty part. On our second sofa which is also faulty they don’t want to know takes an hour to get through to anyone just say sorry over and over. No customer service at all being offered a credit note or can order again but not the colour we want.
