Goods delivered months late, then faulty and dont work, customer service harder to find than the invisible man, just doesnt exist, I think their support centre must be in Brigadoon as no one answers phones, no response to emails, and in the odd occasion you do get someone after hours on the phone, they tell you what you want to hear but it never comes through. Currently on the phone an hour and 20 minutes and have been caller number 8 for over 30 minutes, thats how poor the customer service is… Read Full Review

“Items missing from order and unable to get hold of anyone ”

We brought a sofa and footstool which was delivered on the 1st. However there was a broken bracket on the sofa and no footstool. I have not received any correspondance or phone calls from sofology to let me know where my footstool is or about the broken bracket. They have however taken the fullpayment for the items the day after deliver. I have called them held on for over an hour for the phone to go dead. No customer service! Not bad but no service at all… We have ordered a sofa from their website last month. The sofa was supposed to be delivered in two weeks but then they called to change the date to 22nd of June to which we agreed. The guy calls on 21st and says we don’t have one seat of your sofa and asks me if they can just fix the three seats and install the fourth one later. I need to write my own review on my own nightmare experience - similar lines; cqStrong19I don’t know how on Earth you managed to have a couple of 30min hold times but your 4hr 30min wait and even the call then being dropped are entirely in line with my experience. I’m on hold again, number 27 in the queue. I’ve spent a whole 6hrs now on hold since they tried to deliver an incomplete order last Friday and an still waiting for them to call me back as promised on Monday (it’s now a Friday, 7 days after).

This company is seriously messed up and we’re also left with no furniture all because some idiot didn’t read/confirm the order. That doesn’t surprise me as They called weeks before saying I had a £940 balance to settle that had already been paid by Castelan insurance!!

I bought a sofa from the Horwich branch in May and paid in full. Got an email to say it would be delivered the following Tuesday between 7-11. Waited in all day no sofa delivered. No emails no message nothing. After trying to contact Customer service for over an hour I rang the shop where I had purchased it from and they apparently rebooked it for the following week. i would rather this was zero as we have had two lots of furniture for this company the first had faulty recliners which they wanted to replace the mechanisms but i said no I want it all replaced, after waiting 10 weeks we received our replace suite only to find this had faults again we got the same response we can repair it. this company seems to think people spend all this money on furniture and will accept repairs afraid not told them take it back and refund my money. the biggest problem… Read Full Review

“The worst Customer Service I have ever experienced”

I have had an ongoing dispute with Sofology since January, 2021. My wife is disabled, and I am now in my 70’s and disinclined to move heavy furniture around any more than I need to. When completing our order, the salesman mentioned that, at extra cost, we could have “Sofaglides” fitted. I am similarly unimpressed with their sofaglides. They do not work on carpet that has any sort of pile. The weight of the sofas negate create an impression in the carpet which makes the glides useless. Only buy if you have a hardwood or laminate floor.

and then you will see what you are dealing with. Broken promises -- may well have not been the truth they told me. More than an hour on hold --- awful way to treat customers. Do not get back to you. Bought a two seater and three seater sofa and a storage foot stall looked and felt good when we sat on them in the showroom placed our order which included a cleaning kit and special caps on the feet so we could move the furniture around on our laminated floor. Worst company ever to deal with. I ordered my sofa last spring and was told it would take 4 months approx. The sofa was delayed by a month, and I even went in store at Lakeside to confirm the sofa had been ordered and was on its way. I was told yes. Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars which is what this company deserves. After initially ordering a sofa with "guaranteed Xmas delivery" we did not get the sofa until two weeks after Xmas. This was an issue as we had got rid of our old one in anticipation of them actually keeping their promise. Mistake number 1. We have subsequently ordered some replacement cushions. What a load of rubbish - we purchased the Linara sofa in March 2018 whilst I was deployed with the military with only my wife at home so minimal use. Bought a 2 seater Bulgravia sofa with the standard 2 year warranty. After 3 years, the seat cushions are worn out, they are sewn in so cannot be rotated/flipped/plumped, feels like you're not far off sitting on the floor. Another issue being the leather is worn and discoloured on every seat edge and seam. Would not recommend Sofology, the finance agreements last longer than the furniture. Having waited almost four months for my chairs to arrive on the 8/1/21, I was very excited when they finally got delivered. Delivery was easy and straight forward.
