Worst company ever to deal with. I ordered my sofa last spring and was told it would take 4 months approx. The sofa was delayed by a month, and I even went in store at Lakeside to confirm the sofa had been ordered and was on its way. I was told yes. AVOID SOFOLOGY So after waiting 29 week for my new sofa and after having it 10 days and probably sat on twice cos was too scared to the @@@@@@@ thing is going back ... now I no lockdown hasn't been the kindest to me but every time you sit on it it creeks like mad, the stitching on the arms have pulled on both sofas and there is a staple sticking out the front of 1 of the arms about to pop through the material also one arm frame is like a donkeys hind leg .. so had a sofa technician out today… Read Full Review

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars which is what this company deserves. After initially ordering a sofa with "guaranteed Xmas delivery" we did not get the sofa until two weeks after Xmas. This was an issue as we had got rid of our old one in anticipation of them actually keeping their promise. Mistake number 1. We have subsequently ordered some replacement cushions. What a load of rubbish - we purchased the Linara sofa in March 2018 whilst I was deployed with the military with only my wife at home so minimal use. Fast forward now back in the UK and living at home and the sofa, reading all the reviews on line about the Linara range I wish we had read reviews then and secondly, SOFOLOGY should have done a product recall on the sun standard cushions. Bought a 2 seater Bulgravia sofa with the standard 2 year warranty. After 3 years, the seat cushions are worn out, they are sewn in so cannot be rotated/flipped/plumped, feels like you're not far off sitting on the floor. Another issue being the leather is worn and discoloured on every seat edge and seam. Would not recommend Sofology, the finance agreements last longer than the furniture. Having waited almost four months for my chairs to arrive on the 8/1/21, I was very excited when they finally got delivered. Delivery was easy and straight forward. However, I immediately noticed three little feet on the bottom of one of the chairs had been broken and there was a hole in the same chair. Quick to take your money and a pushy post-sales ‘feedback’ .... and then nothing but false promises, rudeness, and ignorance. Ordered August, promised 11 weeks (bought during COVID) then countless empty promises and failed delivery dates leaving us without Sofas for Christmas. Really poor company to deal with! They delivered the wrong item in September then told us it will take a further three months for the correct item to arrive. After receiving an email advising delivery on 1st December, once again no delivery arrived and no communication!! Its now 8th December and I'm still waiting for a call or delivery! Where do you begin.... delayed my order as they had taken my address down incorrectly, delivered one chair and HALF a sofa!!! Delivered the other half two weeks later, stained very badly and ripped, still not had my other sofa delivered and still not had a call to tell me when. Website is rubbish, web chat a waste of time and be prepared to waste HOURS on the phone trying to resolve issues. If this company went bust I would not be surprised. They are awful. Ordered a sofa last january,gave £1700 deposit for delivery in April.salesman cocked up & 2 payments went out my bank & left me short.My sofa eventually arrived in July but wasn't the colour I wanted.They said it was my fault as you had 7 days to check paperwork & change it.I was then told to have the colour I wanted I would have to pay another £539 which I did because of the stress it was causing.My sofa came in October & the delivery team removed my front door handles but did not put them… Read Full Review

In all my years of buying furniture and homeware my experience with sofology is by the worst to dates. First they send sofa with no legs and one with an oil stain on it. Then they tell me It’s a 17 week wait for another. Then they fail to send the loan furniture THREE times. Customer service is appalling, it’s takes ages to get through to them and when you do they have no empathy or care regarding your situation . Plus the people you speak to have no level of authority. Never order online - always use the store directly. We ordered our sofa in June. It arrived in July with half of it missing. Hold times to customer service were about and hour. We went back and forth for over a month whilst they ‘looked’ for the rest of the sofa. They could not provide us with a replacement as it was a clearance item. We purchased a sofa end of June with delivery guaranteed within 2 weeks. 2 weeks later no news of Sofology, we went to their store in Croydon who told us they cannot do anything that we have to contact their customer service via phone. Sofa shield (Castelan) waste of money! Bought Sofology Anastasia 4 seater and 3 seater 18 months ago. Both had to be replaced within the first month due to legs not fitting correctly. 12 months on and the leather on the 4 seater has started to peel.
