Never buy insurance from them big promise about care but never deliver you end up paying more . Nice to hear about great service on trustpilot but be careful when you buy from sofology as when you buy a sofa from them they make you buy insurance to protect your sofa. I buy a leather sofa £1800 and they make me buy insurance which they say will cover anything happen even lost colour or stains they will repair it at no cost. “Awful quality, don’t be fooled by advertising photos”

Our settee arrived after a farcical delivery, seat cushions flat as a pancake, not full enough to fill the cushion cover. Looks like it’s 30 years worn and not at all like the showroom or photos advertising this sofa. Awful customer services. Don’t want to know once they have your money. Complained from day 1, eventually sent out a technician nearly a month later who said no fault! Vesper microfiber 2.5, 2 seater sofa. seats puddling, bump on front of cushion, indentation where your head has been will not puff out, 2 seater has different height of cushion at front ends. If my experience is testament to this fact I would estimate this business is heading for failure in the very near future in a challenging retail market. STAY WELL CLEAR OF SOFOLOGY! Terrible quality sofas and the sofacare insurance is a total farce! Had a few stains build up over a couple of years, tried to get them out to remove the stains using the policy I had paid for and they have refused!! Sofology Lawrence corner sofa The staff in the store were great, the sofa we ordered looked top quality. The uphostery tight, top quality leather with every section conecting up perfectly with no gaps all stitching in perfect alignment. “Bad Customer Service”

Was initially very happy with sofa when it arrived, however the feet were not colour we expected being a very pale blonde colour instead of the stained look on the website. In addition it gives the appearance of a gap between sofa and feet because the sofa lining sits on top of feet and gives impression of a gap. We rang Sofology and were told Head Office would contact. Do not buy from Sofolgy if you want a decent leather suite . I bought a £5000.00 5 piece suite which after one days use the leather in one chair was badly puddled and the seat interior slops to the left . Looking at sofolgy reviews is an eye-opener . Everything was great until we had a problem. We’ve been unable to contact customer services for literally MONTHS. The phone just rings and rings and rings. My girlfriend has been on hold several times for an hour and got nowhere. Purchased a Heritage recliner sofa. After a short time the recliner seats are sagging and pooling. The seats sink excessively in use and are uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. Don't be sucked in by the misleading '20 year guarantee' plastered all over their website. They actually only guarantee things like interiors for 2 years!! Speaks volumes about the confidence they have in the quality of their products. Avoid this company there after sales service is disgraceful once they have your money they are not interested. We ordered a sofa on 9th November and it was delivered on 24th December - there were 8 pieces of furniture - 1 arrived with a damaged back and the other 7 all had mismatched feet. How long ago fid you get it? You have 30 days to reject due to it not being satisfactory quality. If you paid by credit card for even the deposit, you may try to claim via your card company who are jointly liable.

I have never had such awful customer service from a retailer but from these other reviews it seems I’m not alone. Contacted Sofology with a warranty issue to be told that the three year warranty we were told about when we spent over £2000 turns out to be a one year warranty so we are out of warranty. Ordered £2,500 worth of sofa and chair in Oct for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Informed delivery was to take place Tues 18th Dec. Tues 18th delivery drivers arrive with a chair and say they had asked customer services to contact us to inform us sofa not being delivered. After 12 months of complaining it took a 1 star review on here for them to sit up and listen. An engineer came out to have a look at the Fellini sofas and instantly said they were of poor quality. He showed me the message he had which was to fix a blemish as a good Will gesture. What an insult. The blemish was just one of the things wrong with it.
