poor service and overall a terrible store to order from. The shop is disorganised and over sell items resulting in customers unsatisfied with their order. Refunds take far longer than expected to be transacted to your account if they decided to actually give you a refund! this shop is absolutely disgraceful!!!

My girlfriend wanted to overhaul her wardrobe, so one of the first shops we went in was the Miss Selfridge in Oxford Circus. The shop is well laid out and has a large selection of outfits. She picked up these two skater dressess, one red and one purple. The material is really good quality and they fit her well and have stood well up to several washes without fading (though the labels recommend using colour detergent which we did). We also have been in the Bluewater and Brent Cross stores. I had to drag my girlfriend out of the Bluewater store as its so large and she didn't want to leave! The staff in all 3 stores have been very helpful and friendly; no complaints there and the prices are reasonable, though you pay a bit extra for the more exclusive items. I also bought her a maxi dress from their website which was on sale (reduced from £40 to £20). The website is easy to navigate around and placing the order was hassle free. I selected nominated delivery for a small extra. On my nominated delivery date I was getting worried as it was late afternoon and no sign of the dress, so I rang them up and the friendly lady assured me it will be with me soon as per their tracking information. The dress did turn up 5 minutes after making the call so in fairness there was no reason to complain. The dress was well packaged with no defects on inspection. I am aware they use Hermes which has received a lot of criticism but their tracking information did keep me up to date so they didn't really do anything wrong. My girlfriend is fond of Miss Selfridge now and is looking forward to get more clothes from them. Overall I highly recommend them for good quality high street fashion.

My favourite shop out of most the high street shops. Always up to date fashion, decent prices and nice layout. My only problem is the lack of shoes in there, they only ever appear to have a few, and they are flat and exactly the same as any other shop.

I love clothes but hate shopping, however finding clothes that I like is easy at Miss Selfridge. I went today and tried on about 8 tops and a dress, there were so much stuff I liked but I couldn't afford it all so bought 3 tops and loads of accessories. It keeps up with the fashion and the clothes are all very trendy. They are a good price too, without looking cheap and tacky.

Miss Selfridge is a brilliant shop which always has a lot of colourful, fashionable, good quality clothing.

My only fault with this shop is that they don't have much choice of petite clothing or shoes (but my local store is quite small so that might be a factor.

Miss Selfridge - I am a 30-year young fashion conscious woman. It is becoming increasingly hard to find young and trendy/glamorous items of clothing on the high street. The only shop that I go to regularly is Evans. Why oh why does Miss Selfridge not cater for us big and beautiful women?? We like to dress well!!! Don't we girls??? I really love the items that Miss Selfridge sell. Gorgeous, feminine items, which would look great on me if they went up to my size!! Why don't they?? Where does the priority lie? Am I not right in saying that the majority of women in the UK are over a size 18??? Of course I would love to be a skinny size 12, but the fact remains 'I'm not' . Does this mean that I have to be punished?? Please try and cater for all shapes and sizes. Just because I'm a size 24 does not mean I'm past it Please please start a larger size range!!!
