Hi, we took this product hoping they will be somewhat close to Club Mahindra holidays timeshare program. We made initial payment of a large amount and were told we would be paying maintenance charge every two years. They also officer one week holidays as free.

Once we called for booking they didnot respond timely and also we were told that there will be some charges.

In this confusion we couldn’t avail there facility in Shimla, though we went to Shimla, we stayed in Club mahindra’s resort.

Now they are asking for yearly payment of about 17k.

1. No. of points cannot be seen online like Clubmahindra.

2. Booking of resorts cannot be done online like Clubmahindra.

3. Most of communication done on telephone which has no standing later
