Bought a Jaguar from Croyland Cars. Not only did they give me a fair p/X for my vehicle, but got a great price on the new car. Not only that, but had a couple of small issues with the new car. Upon bringing these to the attention of the dealers, they were dealt with promptly. Thanks for a great buying experience.

Salesman didn't tell me the truth about the car warranty. I have canceled my order when found out from manufacturer. They declined my request for a refund of my deposit. Never go there again.

Poor customer service when things go wrong

I have just got my third car from Croyland and part exchanged my old one for a fantastic price ! We were looking at buying a brand new one on a pcp from a main agent but the sales chap found a 6 month old one and saved me over £5000 off the list price ! Thanks Croyland !

I bought my first car form Croyland on the recommendation of a good family friend and have found no reason for complaint. They had just sold a car I had been interested in but vowed to get me the same model with similar specifications (model, mileage, even colour although that wasn't a big consideration for me) and delivered! A week later the deal was sealed and I have been very happy with my Peugeot 208. The sales team, were fantastic. There was no faffing about, they are very professional and efficient. I have so far not needed any after care as the car has been absolutely fine so can't comment on that side of the operation, but I am more than happy to recommend them.

Bought a 4 series Gran Coupe from this dealer. Found the service to be honest, open and helpful from start to finish. Received a fair P/X Valuation for my 3 series Cabriolet. The 4 Series was as described and prepared to a very high standard. No pressure selling and plenty of time to inspect and test drive the vehicle. Would have no hesitation recommending the dealer and much better than a number of car supermarkets out there with unreliable and inexperienced staff.

I brought a car from here in January and unfortunately had a few problems, major problems. These things happen but the way they went about taking ownership of the problems, in spite of the fact I had no warrantee, and ended up giving me a replacement car to the same value and much nicer, and just generally looking after me, especially the salesman, who if they ever do employee of the month, this guy should get it as he was amazing and made me change from being a complaint to a very happy customer. You see how good a company is when things go wrong and I would go as far to say I would always now buy a car from this company and would recommend them to anyone

Needed a new car and looked on Croylands website. I had bought a car from them before and had a good experience then. I knew what I was looking for and saw a Vauxhall Insignia sports wagon for sale but no photo as it was being prepared. Phoned up and the sales man said the car had everything I was looking for. As it was being prepared I couldn't get to see the car but was reassured I wouldn't be disappointed with it. Paid a deposit on a Wednesday and committed my self to buying the car without seeing it as I needed to collect it on the Friday. Drove in to Croyalnd, saw the car and wow it was everything the sales man had said it would be. Three years old but looked like a brand new car. Full leather, front and rear sensors, sat nav etc etc for £7999! Even had 1/2 tank of fuel in it! My husband has since tried to find an equivalent car for less or even the equivalent price and failed, all other dealers were lots dearer. In my opinion Croyland cannot be beaten for price or customer service. I phoned in several times with different questions and every time they were answered with no hassle. Even the admin and receptionist staff were lovely. I feel they all worked efficiently and enabled me to get the car so quickly. Although this is a large car supermarket it has a 'family garage' atmosphere which I like. I would not hesitate to recommend Croyland to anyone, I honestly couldn't have had better service.

Over the last few weeks I have been around a lot of car sale lots and I can tell Croyland service was second to none. From the moment of showing me the car I know i was dealing with a professional as i did not feel pressured or cornered in a sales ring at any time. The information about the car I bought was clear and I felt safe in the knowledge of the the car had been checked over by the AA (did have to get a new wind screen wiper replaced as small tear but Croyland sorted it) The sales person I dealt with was very helpful taking me through the buying process and explaining everything i needed to know. In fact on the day I pick up my car (Seat SE TDI Leon) he was there to wish me well and make sure everything went smoothly. Last thign to say, when I ready to buy again which will be in the next year or two as my son is coming up to driving age, i will go to Croyland first and save time!

Ive just bought a used Vauxhall Antara from Croyland Rushden and was looked after by the salesman, who provided fast and exemplary service both during and after my visit. I've had a lot of experience buying new and used cars, ranging from disappointing to downright appalling, so my expectations were not high! I find salespeople still sometimes assume that women dont know about cars or finance, but this was not the case here. The team appreciated that I had done my research, knew exactly what I was looking for and was in a position to make a quick purchase, so I was not pressured towards a vehicle that was not right for me. The entire process took less than 40 mins from walking in and would have been even quicker had I not had to clear the transaction with my bank. This service was particularly impressive given that I did not have an appointment and they managed to look after me around their other commitments. They even went a step further - I wanted to drive the car away there and then, and when when it turned out that the tax wouldnt be ready in time, they gave me a free courtesy car instead. My new car was then taxed, MOTed, beautifully valeted and ready first thing the next morning! We drove it all the way to Devon and back after picking it up and my hubby was thrilled - it is the perfect car for us! I wouldn't hesitate to use Croyland and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

As a first timer of buying a newer car and using finance I was apprehensive but found everyone I dealt with at Croyland very helpful informative gave me all the information that helped me choose the right car for me and they didn't make me feel pressured or pushed into getting a sale were happy to answer any questions I had and returned calls promptly when necessary will definitely be using them again and would happily recommend them to friends and family
