Wow, what a fantastic hotel. Staff are polite. Management actually care what is going on! Seemed like a family operation and everyone was involved in making sure we were satisfied. Great breakfast, and great food!

Will for sure visit again.

The Abbey Hotel, Isle of Sheppey, Kent looks fine from the outside. Stayed there one night, if we had seen the room before we had given our credit card details we would not have stayed. The carpet was curled up, bedding was not very clean, black mould between tiles in shower. Chipped furniture, dead bugs on the floor. At breakfast we sent the toast back as it had hair on it, the waitress took it away and replaced it with more toast which had hair on it aswell!!!

great clean n tidy hotel ,i personnaly dont have any bad things to say about the hotel.we had xmas day dinner there and throughly loved it and shall go back.Live entertainment is always great especially mike harris aka smooth.highly recommend the abbey hotel.
