Fine, unless you have a problem. I ordered a statue for delivery to someone else as a wedding present. I then received absolutely no communication, not even an order confirmation. Upon calling to check their customer services were unable to tell me when the item was to be delivered. When the item was delivered it was damaged. Ordered an item from this useless company. It didn’t arrive, tried several times to get through to them by phone to no avail. Emailed them threatening them with legal action, got a short reply saying they had no record of my order, even by this time they had, had my money for quite a few weeks. Sent them my order number, never had a reply. Contacted my credit card who took up my case, they couldn’t contact them either, so eventually they returned my money. They do not tell you that your stuff isn't in stock until well after they have taken your money. Very hard to contact them (they will not answer the phone) to cancel your hugely delayed order that you end up having to buy from somewhere with a decent stock control system… Read Full Review

Happy to take your money but never recieved products. Nearly £1,000 spent. The “aftersales” was non existent, once he took my money was “too busy” trying to hit targets to actually email or call me after he got my order wrong and made up my delivery. After weeks of calls and emails I have no products. 3 times I’ve had delivery booked for and taken time off work, 3 times they have cancelled delivery. “Unreliable and not worth the hassle”

My delivery was cancelled on the day as they had overstocked their lorries and so took mine off and so I wasted a whole day off work to wait in for something that would never arrive. Only a pathetic apology for wasting my time because they can't stock their lorries correctly. No attempt to try and put it right and the manager never phones back. I ordered a cantilever parasol in June. At the time of ordering it was in stock. Received a notification to say it would be delivered in 10-15 working days - was surprised at this lengthy period. Didn’t hear from them again. They didn’t reply to 2 email inquiries. I called a total of 4 times to either request a delivery date and in the end a refund. Ordered some fence panels. Stated delivery date is given 4 to 8 days after order confirmation. 2 weeks went by, no contact from IG. Phoned them up, can’t get through. Kept trying, eventually got through and was told that they’ll chase the suppliers and call back. No call back. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. The level of customer service from these people is ZERO, they don't seem to care at all. My saga below. Bought a pair of muckboots that started to leak after only being worn a few times. Unfortunately, I only wore them in winter, so was out of warranty by the time the problem occurred. I sent photos of the soles being in an unworn condition but both Internetgardener.com and the manufacturer just kept repeating that it was outside the 12 month warranty period These were expensive boots, I expected much more service when there was obviously a manufacturing defect. I ordered an out door sofa set with table and stools, and two recliner seat and stool sets from Internet Gardener ; so a not so insubstantial order in monetary terms. This was ordered on 31st May 2017 . Everything was delivered mid June with the exception of four stools. I have bought form this company recently and feel very disappointed in their service. Delivery service is very poor and is a kerbside pallet service which, evidently is in the small print but isn't clear unless you dig deeply into their Terms and Conditions. By "kerbside" they mean they dump in off a lorry from about 4 feet high onto the pavement on a heavy wooden pallet and it is then up to you to unpack heavy items and get rid of a huge amount of cardboard plus a wooden pallet.
