Costa Teguise, Hotel Beatriz Costa Teguise

Four of us stayed July 2016. Arrived late....no food or drink to welcome us....fridge locked entire stay....had to pay for use of kettle ....dirty bedding and mattress...ants nest in room....cockroach in my mum's room....no entertainment for four year old in day.....rude staff.....no towels left in room two days....dirty carpets and walls...curtains dirty ..cigarette ends left on balcony upon arrival.....vending machines not working ....couldn't wait to leave along with other guests. This is not a four star hotel.
