Lynne Robinson's Everyday Pilates With Fern Britton - This is a very good DVD for those who are new to Pilates and looking for a gentle workout to help tone bums, tums, thighs, to increase flexibility, reduce stress and help posture. It features three different workouts on which Lynne Robinson teaches Fern Britton the workouts and corrects her posture and offers help, which is useful. It's also really nice to see a realistic exercise video showing how a larger woman can still be healthy and exercise.
