Stay away from this website and the trick they perform. Their fees are astronomical. Staff id poorly trained and just "talking heads". Customer service is not sufficient and resolve nothing. Any money received impossible to withdraw due "to the internal audit". Read their terms and conditions before you supply any of your details: they are free to do whatever they want with your money. Would not recommend to even my enemies to use this site.

Short review: A merchant using Skrill to process payments has not delivered the services (unmetered servers) that they advertise. I am now disputing two transactions with Skrill and have not yet received a reply. I don't like how you can't contact them for disputes if you don't have an account. I opened one to file the dispute. It is too early to say if they will do anything about it, but if they ignore the request i will file a law suit here, in Bulgaria, since they are subject to Bulgarian laws because of their office here, regardless of their incorporation being in UK. they don't seem legit to me, but if they resolve the issue I will come back here to tell everyone that I was wrong.

Well i guess i'm one of the several 1000's of people doing these reviews to inform people that Skrill.com is an absolute scamming bussines. Ive lost over 2000 euro in 2 months time and no response whatsoever. So be smart and avoid this shitcompany because it will cost u biggtime. Customer Service is total doggshit and nothing happens. Use this and see youre account being restricted, funds dissapear with no reason given! That's Skrill in a nutshell. Enjoy

I have used skrill account 3 month, and after verification i can't withdraw my money with error "The withdrawal from your account has failed" - i'm trying 4 day, help desk didn't give me any feedback. I have never seen so bad service !

I have been using Moneybookers and now Skrill for the past 5 years. I have not issue with them. online payment was fine, Uploading funds was fine. I don not gamble or anything else .All funds i put in skrill are my own transfer of funds to pay for stuffs. Currently i withdraw funds from Skrill and over 1 year " 1 YEAR 8 MONTH" am still fighting over the money. They gave me a code known as ARN number to take to my bank. The number is know where to be found.My bank ask me to inform them to provide details of more details. NO HOPE. My bank Advice me to imform them to drawback my money wherever they have sent it. SKRILL DO NOT REPLY MY MAIL ANYMORE. AM VERY SAD AND DISSAPOINTED WHY ARE THEY DOING THAT.

over 2,000 euros Skrill is blocked on my account - for no reason - without warning - without explanation - just block all functions: payment and withdrawal of money - skrill ignore all my calls for help - hundreds of e-mails never did not respond on email and phone calls - simply appropriated my money and robbed me like highwaymen - I can not believe that they are allowed to do criminal acts in England country that presents itself as a great state of law - how is it possible that no one in England do not respond to Skrill They stole more than 2,000 euro - if there is any action for joint report with the police in their headquarters in London or an interest of a lawyer to represent me I am ready to pay and file a lawsuit against Skrill.

I think my money is gone :( I wish i had read these reviews before registering in Skrill. But if its a fraudulent company why is it still operating. The local legal department/ law must take action these people who started these fraudulent activities & return the money of all the freelancers/ companies. Why is this site even featuring as a withdrawal method across all the sites. This is insane. I want my money. Its not for free, we worked for it. What the heck!!!

Hi Freelancer! Currently skrill deducted $30 from each of my 5 transactions. They implemented hidden charges. I tried to contact them but no reply. Hidden charges by Skrill are unacceptable. This is totally illegal and against law. They are not giving any clearance about my stolen, misplaced or hidden charges deduction money. BE CAREFULL

I have to spend 2.95 Euro for verification (They say its free).Then no answer for my emails at all.Have to spend more money to call customer service because 2.95 Euro verification wasn't enough as they "experience technical problems". Then withdrawal took over 2 weeks.Nightmare.Stay away!!!!

The company is all about keeping your money. Before making or thinking about creating an account, please keep in mind this company will take your money! The transaction system is bugged, and they refuse to acknowledge that. Any problem you will face, they already have an excuse and will make you solve it yourself. Avoid this company by any means peccary.

Since Moneybookers changed into Skrill the company has steadily gone downhill. They don't care about their customers. Support requests are regularly ignored. Withdrawals take inordinately long or are not processed at all. Exchange rates for international withdrawals are too high. Customer data is shared with online casinos and other semi criminal organisations resulting in massive spam. I've been waiting for my withdrawal for almost two weeks now and nothing is happening. DONT TRUST SKRILL!!!

Moneybookers used to be a decent company, but the change to Skrill was more then just a different name, they've changed the purpose of the company as well, now it's "let's keep the money", they will think of something new every day to delay giving you your money, you can receive payments in your account, you can put money in your account, but you can't retrieve money from your account, nor can you pay anything with your account, it takes ages for them to reply if they reply at all, it took me 6 months to get my money, there's not 1 bank in the world that will ask for all the information Skrill asks you, get away from Skrill, I'm glad I've got my money, I expect it won't be long before they go bust.

Skrill has stolen £1,000 of my money. I made a transfer from my bank account to Skrill account in Dec-13 but it has not been showing as funds in the Skrill account. No response to my emails and calls. I can only assume that the company is now going into liquidation and I shall have a very long wait to see if I get anything back at all. This is a very serious development in the financial services industry and I can only hope the Directors of Skrill are found and prosecuted for illegal trading and activities. No company like this should be permitted to trade in the UK in future

I'd suggest everyone NEVER EVER try or use this service, honestly they do not care about their customers and treat you like beggars (even they're holding your OWN HARD EARNED MONEY). I was facing a simple issue of Date of Birth verification, and had sent all the documents, on the live support they said its been verified and the senior support team will contact you in 2 business days, let me tell you the "2 business days" deadline is a BOLD claim, they never contact you back until you hit hard on their ugly a$$ again via making numerous support calls, and on the next email you'll receive another delaying words submit your so and so. Almost over 20 days has gone and still my account is under the restrictions.

I used my first Skrill account for payments only, no withdrawals, and experianced no problems. However, since i wanted an account in different currency, Skrill says that you have to close the existing one and open a new one. So i did. When i tried to add my credit card, there was a message that its being already used by a different account. Ok i thought, it might take a day or two to erase the data...after 10 days i still cannot add the card. I wrote 3 e-mails to Skrill - two with questions and the third one, 3 or 4 days ago, an official complain. No answer to any of my e-mails yet. Will close the account deffinitly and do my best to spread the word that their service is terrible.

I am part of a company that does mystery shopping and my payment goes to Skrill (no choice unfortunately.) In the past, I was able to get my money transferred to my bank account without much issues. For my recent payment, I have raised multiple tickets in order to resolve whatever issue they think there is (I'm getting a rejection on withdrawal no matter what I used, whether bank transfer, debit card etc). I also called their support team and followed the instructions to the letter such as registering a new email address, changing my password, sending them an email from the new email address etc. Until now, I am still unable to make a withdrawal. I've tried to send an email to the person who handled my complaint but nothing, no response at all.

How did you withdraw. I am facing problems .. Its been 3 months my money is held by these people for no reason
