I purchased a harley davidson sportster at distance. Expected a clear video of all faults and an honest description. I recieved a glossed over description that avoided all faults. I was promised a service in the video that I then had to argue for while collecting and wasn't done to harley specifications. I had a fresh mot, by them, that missed the faulty rear light, 2 broken exhaust brackets and a pdi inspection that missed the rear sprocket/ belt pulley that was beyond it's service life, plus rust and scratches. All these faults would have been picked up by them as they had taken it in as a p.x. I was told i had to wait until parts came, 9 weeks! and was laughed at when I suggested a hire bike to see me through. I had phone calls from a manager telling me because I initially agreed to it being repaired( before the 9 week wait was realised) that I was ' stuck with the bike ' . I was even offered half of the repairs being done and paid for by them as long as I sent an Email saying I wouldn't pursue them for any other repairs they were liable for. I really would not recommend this dealership, especially buying at distance. They seem to play on the fact you are doing, in my case, a 6 hr round trip and will be reluctant to return empty handed . My advice would be to avoid them. Totally untrustworthy and seem willing to ignore consumer rights for the sake of a profit.

A brand new Honda NC750X DCT motorbike has been purchased at Chiswick Honda by me on the 28th of September 2019. Since day one I have had issues with the gearbox and the motorbike is struggling to change gears mostly 2nd and sometimes 3rd gear. I have been experiencing all kind of issues with the motorbike and these are present. AA recovery had to collect the motorbike and has taken it back to the dealer because they couldn't fix the bike at sight. Dealer said it has done all sorts of tests but cant fault the motorbike and the technician doesn't know what the issue is therefore he cannot fix the motorbike. The motorbike`s issue is mostly with the gearbox but the dealer swears the motorbike is in perfect condition. I the customer feel like I am being played by the sales and service team at Chiswick Honda and feel like under valued as a customer. Not treated fairly and rejected.

I normally change my bikes every 18 months approximately. Over recent years I’ve been to Chiswick Honda, Dobles Honda, and Jack Lilley Triumph. With Chiswick they were by far the least generous with trade in. I had previously traded in a CBR650F and had to fight to get a half decent trade in for a CB500F.I Went in yesterday to be told that my 2018 CB500F had depreciated by 50%. It had a dent in the tank so slight the salesperson could barely see it. Less than 6k miles. 50% depreciation? I left very disappointed. When I visited the other dealerships above I left feeling fairly treated.Yesterday and when trading in my CBR 650F far from it.The service dept with the two guys I dealt with are great. In summary I wouldn’t buy a bike from Chiswick Honda but would definitely get my bike serviced there.

Purchased a brand new bike Forza at Chiswick on 10/2/2018 customer service was very good and professional and friendly . The salesman was very helpful obliging and kept me updated. Not pushy at all. A great range of bikes and was not kept waiting. They offered a swift service. I would recommend this place!

WOW @ some of the stuff on here , whenever I've been there over the years it's mostly been fine ! As far as the helmet & clothes department goes I had a great experience last week , the very helpful guy there helped me get a small plastic vent for my AGV helmet in a few days , no problem.

THINKING ABOUT A BIKE FROM HONDA CHISWICK? BETTER READ THIS FIRST. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Worst motorcycle dealer I came across so far.Honestly, I am the last to complain and this is my first negative review I ever wrote. The sale fell through due to their negligence and instead of apologizing they prefered to lose their face and take a staggering sum of £100 of me. I mean how cheap you have to be to do that? I went there the other day to part exchange my motorbike. Firstly they took it for MOT and failed it due to not working bulb, numberplate 1/2 inch smaller than legal requirement ( really ? ) and ' excessive play in rear suspension bush ' which later turn out to be loose bush bolt ' It would literally take them less than 5 mnutes to sort all that above for a fee I would be more than happy to pay, but instead they wouldnt't even bother suggesting that and simply failed it, giving me a whole lot of a hassle. Of course they've had all rights to act this way, but next time you think about going there with your hard earned money, think to yourself if this is the level of customer service you would be happy to receive. I was already put off by this but the sales guy offered me good deal so eventually we agreed to p/x, I paid the deposit ( therefore entered legally binding contract ) and we arranged collection date for next week. Dealer then rings me a DAY PRIOR TO EXCHANGE saying that they JUST put my bike through HPI check ( which I thought they did while MOT testing it as that what would you do before offering any px money and actually geting into contract if you consider yourself a sane individual ??? ) and it came up as D category so now they only offering 1/3 of the price we already agreed. Now, I had no clue my bike was cat D (bought it second hand and was not informed about that ) , nor I was willing to sell it for a third of the agreed price, so I decided to leave it on what they said my deposit won't be returned. From then on they simply ignored my each email with refund request, even though it is clear they fault they havent check my bike before offering me money for it and charging me a deposit. I am truly amazed and astonished by the quality of Honda Chiswick customer service and I will make sure to share my experience with evey biker I know or came across in future. Also I will be taking them to small claims court over deposit. Bunch of lazybones and timewasters.

CALLED UP FOR FOUR iridium SPARK PLUGS FOR A MOTORBIKE. Wanted £95.00!!!! Elsewhere you can get on line for £48 (They are expensive plugs and needed them today, cant wait for delivery). Went to HGB in Ruislip, Honda Dealer, same plugs, Honda packaging £70.00, £25 cheaper!!. Chiswicks reply,"well there good plugs and last 30000 miles!. Same thing, Chiswick, nice coffee shop, but appalling elsewhere, no wonder your feedback is so poor and customer service unbelievably low. Honda UK should be ashamed of you however your pressurised selling reaps results.

I asked a couple of simple questions prior to a potential purchase one via email and one via online chat both times the responses would take some beating. 1/ Will a full size spare wheel fit in the boot space of an advertised car on their forecourt: response from the parts department: What is the VIN number of the vehicle? 2/ Are the roof rails on this vehicle OEM as they look different to normal? I can't see any roof bars in the Honda catalogue that match and I want to carry some bikes. Response: you need roof bars to attach bike carriers. These people would be better of selling baked beans, they have no product knowledge or the ability to use common sense and ask somebody that might, if one exists that is. Steer clear, this is the sort of service you get before you have spent any money! I had a lucky escape.

So I bought a brand new NC750x found the process ok. Nothing spectacular. But since riding this bike for a year and looking at the Crossrunner VFR800x I thought oooh that looks nice. Twice I have now made contact to show my interest (actually wanting to buy another bike) yet the guy who took my details (can't remember his name) in sales didn't call me back to tell me when they were getting another one. So have since then sent another test ride request via the website with nothing coming back. Complete waste of time. I don't think I want another Honda. I thought going with such a big main dealer and the presence they have I thought the experience would be a lot lot better. Obviously not!

where do i start ? -everyone that takes their car to Honda chiswick will be told that their brake pad is 80% worn. -they claim that their used cars are fit to go and all checks have been done ..... loads of rubbish. Thier used cars are PIN protected and customer are not told about it, once you change the battery the radio/sat nav become useless as they will not give you the pin and will charge you loads of money to get it fixed. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HONDA CHISWICK!!! -The service guy at the desk is very rude and only interested in your credit card.

I bought what I thought was a "honda used approved car" from Chiswick Honda last May (2013). It is now February 2014 and I am still trying to get the car fixed. This garage sold me a car with the engine management light blanked out, a dodgey clutch, the internals of the gearbox were knackered as well as the flywheel! I paid £7,500 and I have been totally ripped off. After only owning the car for 6 weeks I thought it wasn't performing as it should be When I asked for assistance from the Manager I was refused on several occasions and he came across as an utter prat! In his words "I could bang a clutch out of a type r in 7,000 miles"...... one he must drive like a total **** and two this is the guy running this garage...really??? This is the same guy who also said "I am not giving you a refund, I am not fixing the car, prove it!"........ so guess what I did..... I went above his head to Honda UK head office and they are now in the process of fitting a new clutch, gearbox, flywheel and rebuilding my engine....... which I hope costs him thousands off his monthly budget! My advice with this garage is that they will be your best friend up until you've driven away and they have your money. The salesman who sold me the car couldn't do enough for me when I was there but with me not living local to London, when i called in with my problems it was as if they thought.... he won't come all the way down here so sod him! AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS! IF YOU ARE SET ON BUYING A HONDA PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP...... THAT LOT AT CHISWICK ARE NOTHING BUT RUBBISH!!!

I used these guys for a mini service and MOT the year previously with not issues. So a year later I brought my mechanically working 1996 Fireblade in for a service, not that it needed it, I just thought it could do with a freshen up service so plumped for there 3 tier service which was the best and also mentioned that if anything needed doing to just do it as I didn't want any downtime. I was given a Honda Hornet as loan bike. Errrgghgh. Horrible. A week later I had to call to find out wether my bike was ready as they seem to have a fear of calling the customer to let them know the bike is done. The bill was reasonable and only a couple of advisories. OMG, excuse me?? a couple of advisories?? I said fix everything, why didn't you call me? So I had to book the bike in again, the next nearest booking time was 3 weeks later. A week later after my their 3 service my \"fixed brakes\" went very spongey and the bike sounded very noisy with a total lack of power. I rang them and explained what was going on and that the bike was coming in anyway could they sort it out. No problem they said, Honda Hornet alright for you to borrow again? Errrggghh. OK They have had the bike 3 weeks, they have replace the chain and sprocket (advisory), haven't touched the exhaust mount (advisory) and replaced the clutch which didn't need doing. All without ringing me and letting me know the cost. I had to call 8 times over the last three weeks, even when I expressed an interest in one of their VFR800's no one called me back. I kind of get the feeling something has happened to my bike and are doing their level best to cover it up while I wait. I went to pick up my bike yesterday only to find that the battery is now dead and they could't get it started. So I said I would test ride their VFR800 instead. When I first saw it it was quite tatty for an 07 plate bike, mine is 14 years old and looks better. The test ride went ok, but he conversation with the sales guy, who made me wait 20 minutes to see him before and after the test ride. There was no one with him the whole time. Maybe he needed to finish off the game of online solitaire he was playing on his computer first. Yes really. He spent a while telling me my bike only had sentimental value (which was probably true) though even looking on ebay I find my bike going for £1200 or more. Odd. He then tries to sell my a used Honda warranty at £40 more than Honda UK list it on their website. He then says as their bike is a low mileage bike it will need a service and I will have to pay for that on top to the tune of £800. I point out that their bike is tatty and would they sort anything out on it before it goes out the door. The salesmen was not interested in that and said the bit he would be worried about was the fact the bike WOULD brake down if I didn't take out the extras. So a £4995 bike would cost me £5663 including his \"mate\" (though I have never seen him before) discount and the kind offer of my bike as trade in. I'm not really impressed.

worse than terrible. Dont use this for loans. I took out a personal loan in 2009. they had actually forgotten to pass the signed agreement onto blackhorse and by the time they realised the agreement was out of date. They called me in to sign a new one saying everything was the same as before but did a great job of hiding the fact that they were giving me a hire purchase loan instead! the problem was i had sold the bike prior to this. the case is ongoing. Wouldnt trust them. they even tried to add new crashbungs to the loan when there were already crushbungs on the bike! if all this wasnt bad enough, when i first took the bike it broke down and so had to wait until it was fixed...crooks!

Their poor serving rendered my bike a death trap whenit cut out without warning on a busy roundabout.

Chiswick Honda, yes they are a bit more expensive than other places but i have found them polite, friendly and pretty effeciant. I do a fair amount of mileage and when i did a big europe trip they serviced the bike just before i left and put new tyres on it and then when i returned 4800 miles but only 3 weeks later they did another service and another set of tyres but gave me a very good discount as they where so close together. I also find there customer service excellent. I encourage you to use these guys, i have not had a problem and hope i dont.

Have had my bike serviced here since they opened. Never been cheap but, as busy and working, I just accepted it. However, after change of staff c 3-4 years ago, the `service' went downhill rapidly. Front desk staff appear very pleasant and professional but if something goes wrong (eg when their fault), suddenly everyone (albeit often still quite politely!) passes you from one department to another and no-one ever (EVER) calls back or gets the issue sorted. I met the Manager there once and he clearly just wasn't bothered with customer of 7-8 years. My main specific issues were regarding faulty heated grips that they sold me but failed to ever get working over 3 years! and an unbelieveable rip-off in trying to charge me for 2 batteries after they misdiagnosed an electrical fault; seriously, I mean arguing over £50 when I had spent c £1550 in prev 15mths alone. Needless to say, I have had enough and am looking elsewhere.

I'm not going to go on here but.... everytime I take my bike to Honda Chiswick for a service, it comes back with a problem. This has happened more times that I care to mention. I have spoken to other people who have used them in the past and their stories are only too familiar... they no longer go there.
Only reason I have kept going back is because of their loan bikes - In the long run, this has been a false economy given that I have to keep going back to fix stuff that haven't been done properly in the first place. Besides, quite a few other garages now also offer loan bikes.
Overall am very dissapointed, which is a shame given that the front office staff are so nice.

Upon entering the dealership I was welcomed by a nice friendly receptionest who introduced me to a member of sales.
after talking to the salesman I decided on the new hornet. I was walked through the whole process with a very polite and proffessional attitude,
The only problem with the whole deal was I was kept waiting by a staff member who had to "ok" the collection and after 25 mins waiting for him he tried to sell me extended warrentees like I was buying a TV!
If it hadn't been for the salesman who stayed with me through the whole thing and really gave great customer service that made buying my bike as exciting as it was, I wouldn't have had such a positive experiance.

I get my bike serviced at Chiswick, haven't bought a bike there. But boy do I sympathise with you on the warranty selling. I've had the same experience buying bikes and cars elsewhere, and they give you so much BS like "we're obliged to do it by the FSA". Extended warranty (even though the bike/car is still under manufacturer warranty); tyre insurance; write-off value loss insurance etc. Not only do they keep you waiting, these guys won't take no for an answer. Several times this has turned a pleasant experience into a very unpleasant one. Why don't these dealers learn?

I quite agree with the sales side my experience has been poor too. Especially with how tight they are with trade in prices.
