Whirlpool will not replace or upgrade the Whirlpool AWG329 in my new home due to the fact that "There is no mechanical failure with the machine!" I cannot beliver that they will not honor our warranty. A Benton Harbor executive told me that she will not honour our warranty. Too bad that the washer leaks!!!!!

I will never ever do business with this company again and will bad mouth them every chance I get!
You shouldn't be able to do this to people and get away with it!
