Got there, waited 40 mins in the cold with 4 children. No attempt to manage the queue, got to the front, there was one lad on the phone and serving at the same time. Spoke to a 'manager' and expressed my disappointment, she stood doing NOTHING. Her only response was to say have you registered. NO! We had phoned and NO mention was made of this. So then we registered and managed to persuade them NOT to send us to the back of the queue and got in at 1pm. then sat in the freezing cold 'parents area' for 3.5hrs. A miserable experience. Overall, great for the kids, but we lost 1 hr of scootering whilst they let us stand outside and the lazy manageress did nothing. So we got in at 1.00pm, having arrived at 11.50am for a 12pm start. Guess what, at 4.30pm they couldnt tell the kids to get out any quicker. For parents and customer service, SHOCKING. Wont be going back. Ever.

Some time ago, I really needed to buy a good house for my firm but I didn't earn enough money and could not buy anything. Thank goodness my comrade adviced to take the loan from reliable bank. Hence, I did that and was happy with my consolidation loan.

The place is friendly, welcoming and for a skate park is run very professionally. It even has clean toilets, not many of them in skateparks!! Well done to the team at the alley.

This must have been a one off, it has never happened to me before and all the staff have always been lovely!!! to avoid the queues though it is best to book online before you go as the pre booked people get called forward 10-20 mins before everyone else. Lately they have also upgraded the park and have a brand new parents room which was nicely heated with loads of sofas chairs and even a coffee machine!!! There are also 2 new sections to the skatepark and a whole building just for scooters!!!
