eHosting used to be a great little company, very responsive with good service.

Since M247 have taken them over, service & customer service have gone rapidly downhill. I would give them no stars it were possible.

Absolutely awful. One star is too many. Their design is glitchy and very user unfriendly, one day the recent emails

will be at the top of the in-box the next everything is jumbled up with dates all over the place or the last email will be at the end and you have to slowly scroll back years to find it. If you lose a password and have to get a code sent to your email you are in big trouble because it can take an hour before that code arrives, by which time it will be too late for it to work as it will have timed out. I've had this happen with the eHosting control panel when I've needed to find or change my email passwords and been completely locked out of everything. Also email messages sometimes just disappear from my inbox. When I phone the support line as shown on eHosting's own website I've had people answer the phone who have never even heard of eHosting and work for a company called M247 despite my phoning the eHosting number. To top it all I've just discovered I've been being charged almost five times more than I should for the service they supply. I only have two websites and a couple of emails per day. Instead of paying over £9.00 per month for ehosting's awful service I am now moving to Hostpapa where I will be being charged £1.95 per month.

Today was a good example of the help I've received before from technical support. It was quickly realised that I'm not very technically minded and the staff member adapted to my language rather than continuing with the technical terms. This is something I value since it's not easy being in the generation that didn't grow up with computers and I do just want it all to work! I always find your team easy to talk with, patient and helpful. It's reassuring to be able to access someone who will manage my level of understanding. Thank you

I'm going to try and keep this short, sweet and to the point. Admittedly I was probably a bit of a pain in the backside with this as what I needed was rather specific and therefore I was constantly asking for help. Throughout the entire process, I must have sent around fifteen emails. The speed in which eHosting responded and level of service they offered was second to none. My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Therefore, I am an extremely satisfied customer and I would highly recommend eHosting.

I must say that eHosting provide the best customer support that I have ever experience. Other companies charge me less, but I didn't get the excellent customer service that I have been receiving from eHosting, which is critical to my business.

I will be recommending my business colleagues to eHosting web hosting services.

In May 2013 an ex member of our staff decide to crash our website using stolen email identity of our managing director. ehosting were absolutly fantastic helping us regain control of our website and restore to backup.

They were then able to assist with detailed log files which identified the IP address of the individual which has enable a sucessful procecution by the police.

But most important to the business as an online Travel company we were up live again in a matter of hours, and fantastic prompt technical support, and someone speaking plain English on the telephone when we most needed them.

When choosing a host one of the the most important issues to us as a small company was support and someone to talk to in emergency, ehosting get a gold star rating from us and we would not hesitate to give them a high recommendation.

I have used eHosting for more than 5 years for all of my 3 businesses and I host services for a number of my clients. The overall performance of the service on a day to day basis has met all my needs and it is competitively priced.

From time to time things go wrong - that's a fact of life. It's the response that counts and the eHosting support team have been excellent in responding and sorting things quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Thanks very much to you all. I know I don't always "read the the manual", but the support team are always patient in working me through the issues.
