This man sold me a car knowing I was 73had health and mobility problems it was faulty from day one I bought it Sold As Seen so no refunds etc
Citizens advice advised me he had broken the law of October 2015 where it was made a law Sold As Seen by traders was illegal
I was advised to take him to county court but after starting the procedure my health deteriorated and was forced to stop
I have sold the car after numerous attempts to get it fixed my total losses over 5 months are approx £1800.00
AVOID THIS MAN LIKE THE PLAGUE

Unusual these days to find a really honest and helpfull used car dealer.
Nothing was to much trouble, we all know buying a used car can be a big worry, not with this firm we bought a 6 year old Focus and we have now had it 3 months, and perfect in everyway.
Thanks guys for your help and will recomend you to everyone we know.

Do not buy from here, typical car sales man bull s**t, seem nice at first even give you a 3 month warranty and when a problem with the car happens they do not want to know and say its not covered in the warranty!!!
Anyway £600 lighter and car back on the road after 1 month of buying the car, I'm waiting for the next problem!!!

one month, I think not it was over three months your warranty had expired, mind youthe language used says it all.
I just do not believe whoever has written this review. is it from a rival company I ask ?
My own experience is that I and my family have bought 3 cars from here over the years and have always found them to be honest people to deal with. They will not mess you about with fancy discounts , perhaps this is what grieves the writer of the review. The cars purchased have also been excellent value for money and given no trouble whatsoever.

bought a car here found to be faulty
straight away - faults started to stack up they repaired some to a point
but one fault developed to a dangerous problem and they refuse to fix it
along with other problems . Don't expect any rights or compensation you won't get
it. Now out of pocket and stuck with a faulty car! Awful experience
These people are amazing they bought a 10 year old car and expected a new one.
The vehicle was inspected by two MOT inspectors who could both find no faults.
They went through Trading Standards who also said we had nothing to answer to.
Well all I can say is over 4000 vehicles sold and only two unreasonable people to complain , I go to the old saying "you cant please all the people all the time espesially people who leave revies with no true reason.

Having Finally Decided To Take The Plunge And Spla
Having finally decided to take the plunge and splash out on a car of my own, I decided to check local dealers websites. I knew of Bower Fold Car Sales through a number of recommendations from friends and relatives, so when I saw a car that matched my requirements perfectly while on the website, I got in touch with them.
I visited the showroom that same day, had a test drive, and decided to put a deposit down. Absolutely no problem. Another good thing was that I didn't feel any pressure to decide on the spot, or indeed to decide at all if I wanted the car. This was a big plus, as more than one large national chain had phoned me after I requested brochures and tried to sweet-talk me into test driving some rather expensive cars while on the phone (they went straight for new cars without considering whether I was looking for a used car).
The team at Bower Fold kept me informed all through the two-week process. They let me know once the car had been through it's MOT. And, when I confirmed everything was in place for purchase, they ensured all paperwork at their end was ready. All I had to do was read the documents and sign once happy everything was correct. In fact, when I arrived to pick up my car, the complex bit was over in under five minutes, which gave the manager plenty of time to run through the car's features before I drove away a very happy car owner! And, before I left, they arranged the 6 months/6000 miles service with me.
I can happily say that I would recommend Bower Fold Car Sales to everybody.
