The juicer is brillant overall however for over the last year because the company I bought it from no longer in existance had to call head office uk and American to ask about repair required or replacement part to date nothing has been foruth coming and I have all the communications recorded. Said really as the I was using practically every day. Before purchase would prefer to have contact details of other service providers and UK repair centre as getting the repalcement parts is extremely difficult if not impossible.

The Jack Lalanne Power Juicer is not a good juicer my fellow souls I used it 1 day and it started to smell of burning rubber had to push an carrot very hard plus it got stuck tryed to get almond milk out of it and it not work so I'm going to send mine back.
My sister has a cookworks juicer it's very cheap but it does the job better.

On the plus side, this Jack Lalanne Power juicer is very durable. I have used it 3-5 times a week for about 5 years and it has never broken down. On the negative side, it takes a minimum of 30 - 45 minutes to juice and clean up. There are so many parts to clean! I recently discovered that in less than 5 minutes I can make a healthy juice drink with my blender. I don't know about you but I think 5 minutes is better then 30 - 45 minutes!

Overall, I love the Power Juicer Pro. It`s just that simple. Bu my juice spout on the Pro would not work properly. It would not stay in place, it was always loose. Using my Juice Club card did not put me where I wanted to be. I followed the directions. I could not reach any of the five options coupons, healthy living, juice recipes, nutritional info and more. It asked for member name and password I had passcode which didn`t work.
