More than insurance cancelled my policy on the evidence of a faulty telematics Tracker box which was giving false readings when car was parked.also giving speed times Lewis Hamilton would be delighted with.the customer service staff have no concern for the customers at all I will never use more than again and I would advise anyone to look at other firms before you use them.

I went to france on holiday in june2011 I had only been there a day and I had a stroke. Was taken in to hospital for a week and had to be ambulanced home. Morethan arranged the repatriation of my car even though my breakdown cover with them ran out 1 day after i was due back. They are STAR PLAYERS my wife couldn't have managed without them.

We broke down in france august. vehicle suffered severe damage after wheel bearing failure.from the outset more thans response was excellent. vehicle recoverd to local garage within 20 mins of incident. telephone at call centre answered very quickly, staff very helpful and curtious. taxi arranged following morning to transport us to town some 25 miles away to collect hire car provided by them. vehicle repaired at local french citeron garage, reasonble cost under circs and good standard of workmanship.very impressed with sertvice provided both by more than and the french garage appointed by them. would have no hesitation in recommending more than if you want worry free 1 st class cpover whilst home or abroad'

Exellent insurance company. Morethan has served me well over the years. I even worked there for some time. The people are friendly and hard working people and will do more.

I broke down twice in France, and both times I received excellent service. I did not have to pay anything. They sorted out the payment for the tow off the motorway. Last summer (2006) I broke down whilst towing a caravan. MoreThan European & Homecall Recovery got my car to a garage, arranged to tow the caravan to a local camp site for an overnight stop, and a taxi to tow the van to the main site 180 miles away. Once on site, they arranged a hire car for me until my car was fixed, and I was able to return the car to the hire company in town where my car was.
