Excellent, We Realy Enjoyed It, It Fills You Up
excellent, we realy enjoyed it, It fills you up
Just wondering...surely this is only 1 or your 5 a day as its measured by portion size not the individual types of vegetables. Also, as this is frozen there aren't the same amount of nutrients as fresh so you 're probably getting even less....and by microwaving you are zapping pretty much all the good nutrients out of it, I dont care if the captain says its ok! Try Fresh Steamed veg rather than these, you'll be just as full up and be getting much healthier as well

I Think The Steam Veg Packs Are A Great Idea As It
I think the steam veg packs are a great idea as it saves you wasting veg that you do not get chance to eat.
Also, all you have to do it pop the packet in the microwave, which ensures that the veg is then steamed, making it a lot better for you and keeps it's flavour.
I started using the Birds Eye steamed veg about 4 months ago and since have also got my mum using them, I just hope that they take off and start doing different mixes of veg ie: some with Sprouts, Cauliflour, Parsnips and Brocolli would nice for with a Sunday Roast.
I also think the Birds Eye steamed veg are just great, but a larger assortment would be so much better to look forward to when shopping and making up our grocery list each week. Meal planning can be so much easier when there is a greater choice veg to go along with the main dish. There are so many wonderful vegetables in different combinations to play with: green and yellow beans, pearl onions, parsnips, cauliflower, broccoli, beets and turnip; only to name a few. Hopefully, this short message will be of help to Birds Eye. Thanks again for your steamed veggies.
