Lookers Renault, Macclesfield, Cheshire

on the 31 of March I went into Lookers Macclesfield ford saw two cars I liked went inside and was totally ignored for 5 minutes when someone finally asked me if I was being seen I got a look at the cars I was told they had lost a set off keys and were very busy so I booked an appointment for Thursday at one I turned up at one had to wait another 5 minutes and was not offered a drink or seat I fond the dealers very rude I will not be going back.

I decided I wanted a Megane CC so I went to Lookers Renault for a brochure, but they hadn't any in stock! Left my name and address and they said they would send one in a week. Nothing happened. Called in again a week later to show the wife what I was considering. No brochures and no CC's on display!! We eventually got to sit in a salesman's car!

On the 1st of July this year, I picked up a new Megane CC Privilege 1.6 from Arnold Clark in Warrington. With a bit of effort they matched the p/x and price of an Internet deal I was about to do. At the time of writing, 14/10/2006, I still haven't received a brochure from Lookers Renault!! I admit I wander about a bit on the scruffy side, but Arnold's took me seriously and ended up with a £16,000 sale!
