Just Plain Happy
Im so very happy to have gotten my new Soul from here. My salesman Lalo was incredible with making sure I got something I truly wanted and working out some obstacles that were in the way. The whole staff is very friendly and they all seem to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Lalo was especially nice and knowledgeable so I would recommend him.

I cant even begin to tell how happy I am with my shopping experience at peak kia. My salesman was increadibly helpful and willing to go above and beyond to earn my business. He worked with me for almost two weeks trying to find exactly what I wanted. In the end I bought a 2012 Sorento and it is the best car I have ever owned. This will be my first stop next time Im out looking. Awesome job.

I recently had a great experience at Peak working with the salesman. It was close to home so I stopped in and was excited to see a pretty good variety. I was looking for a used car and they had a lot to choose from. My salesman was really helpful and took the time to make sure I got what I wanted. Overall probably my best car buying experience.

Fabulous Finance Manager!
After choosing the 2000 Kia Soul I had wanted, I was ready for the financial part. It was such a breeze working with Sean Simpson! He had all of the paper work ready to sign. He made me feel relaxed as soon as I walked in. It only took about 20 minutes to get everything signed. That's a lot faster than the 3 hours it took me last time I bought a car at another dealership!
I will definetly go back to Peak Kia next time I want to buy a car.

I cant express enough how happy I am with Peak Kia and my salesman. I have bought several cars over the years and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. I went on a day that was kind of busy so I know a salesman usually wants to get things done as quick as possible. Not him. he took the time to show me around and help answer any questions I had. Once I did pick something the financing process was so easy and quick. They gave me blue book value on my trade (this NEVER happens) and detailed the car for me before I left. Ive had it for about two weeks and its been perfect so far. If you want an easy to work with salesman go to peak and see him.

I want to send a big thank you to the Peak Kia staff. I bought a car from there a couple weeks ago. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Very friendly and courteous. I bought my new car and had it for about a week before I started noticing some issues. I took it back in and without even questioning they had everything fixed and back to normal in a couple hours. It really was nice to not have to stress out about it. Great job guys! if you're looking for a new care I really suggest this place.

We purchased a Sorento. The advisor was professional, knowledgeable, informative and accommodating. He answered every question in detail. Patience seemed to be his middle name! Drove From Colorado Springs To Test Drive An 97 Al
Drove from Colorado Springs to test drive an 97 Altima 3.5 (it is still on the lot as of today). The salesman couldn't ride with us on the test drive because we have two kids and there wasn't enough room. We made it about a block before the car began acting like it was stalling out. I actually called the dealership to let them know that they may have to pick us up because we were breaking down. We ended up making it back. I took the keys inside to the dealer and let him know we would not be doing business with them and that they needed to get the car looked at before they put it on the lot for sale. I also let him know that the car smelled as though the engine was burning up. He got in the car and backed it right back into the spot for sale on the lot. Beware of this business, they will sell anything to make a buck. Don't believe me, ask to test drive this vehicle first and you can see for yourself. BTW, the price tag was almost 14,000.
Peak Kia Sold Me A Car That Lasted One And A Half
Peak Kia sold me a car that lasted one and a half months and 940 miles. I had it in the shop twice in three days. Both times I was told by the mechanics that these were pre-existing conditions. When the car over heated because of a faulty fan and the motor needed to be replaced, I was told there was nothing Peak Kia could or would do. The warranty was useless and I thought i was treated very abruptly by the person who sold me the car. I left a message for the owner of Peak Kia to call me back and never heard from them yet. I was assured by three member of the staff at Peak Kia that I was getting a car that was in good condition. I am now responsible for the loan of a car that I cannot afford to put anymore money into and cannot drive. I had made one payment on this car.
