Not At All Bothered About Customer Service And Satisfaction

After booking my car into the citroen service department at Advantage, I thought I could trust a main dealership to deliver excellent service.

How wrong could I be? Very is the answer to that. Do not use them, having had the car three days, they promised completion of the "simple half hour job" by Friday lunchtime.

Calling to see if the work was completed as promised, no answer on the telephones for 20 minutes. Eventually told by Lee, that he would get someone to call me back. An hour later nobody called, so I got a lift to the service centre. No mention or apology for failing to call me back as promised. Eventually, they learned that nothing had been done to my car. Lee, said he could not offer up a reason for this, but if I'd like to wait or call back a couple of hours late, "it may be done".

Absolutely insincere excuse for an apology, felt that they really couldn't give a damn about it.....

Not worth the hassle!!! Sooner drive to the next town to get sorted!!!

Advantage Motor Group - Excellent Customer Service

We just had some work done on our Renault at your Lincoln branch. I wanted to commend two of your members of staff: first Emma, on the front desk. She was just a genuinely lovely person, excellent people skills and a real asset. Also the very lovely driver, who\'s name I did not get, who took me and my toddler daughter back home safely while the work on our car was carried out.

I haven\'t written an email like this before, but they shone so much I thought you should know!

Also it was so refreshing to have such a nice waiting area instead of the usual grimy garage forecourts. My 2.5 year old took her packed lunch, some toys and we had quite an adventure watching cBeebies on the laptop with the wifi connection and some smarties from the cafe. Brilliant. Made parting with lots of cash slightly easier!

Motability Car Lease

We ordered a C3 Picasso on the 19th of April 2011, And were told it would take approximately 6 weeks,on the 26th of May we received an email from Ms Jackson MD.Citroen UK. to say that the car had arrived in England and were told to contact Advantage to arrange collection,which we did, and were told it would be ready in a few days, and they would contact us as to when we could collect,So we sold our car,Days went past, I repeatedly phoned for any news, No, nothing yet was all we got from them time after time, After 23 days waiting I contacted Motability to try and find out what was going on?? They contacted Advantage and were told that the car had not even been requested from the shipping agents !!!!So it had been sitting in some compound for all that time, As nobody had bothered to call it off as they call it!!and it was everybody else's fault of coarse, I phoned the Manager and complained,and asked if we could have a courtesy car until we could collect ours, and we were told begrudgingly yes, but you would need to get your own insurance, we tried online and the cheapest was about £80 for 3 days, so we declined the loan car. We are due to pick the car up today 23rd June. I have to say that from our own experience, there Customer Relations has been abysmal throughout this whole procedure.

I will never use Advantage again, the whole place has gone down hill,

I now use N T Shaw Citroen at Louth,

Although I have to go further, it's worth it.

Ring Motability and tell them that in future N T Shaw will be carring out my servicing.

Hit them where it hurts and vote with your cash!.

Went To Purchase A Citreon C4 Picasso From Them. D

Went to purchase a citreon c4 picasso from them. did not have what i wanted in stock and said they would find one. Came back with the offer of a c4 at a price of £10995 that i could only see via the intranet but it looked good and agreed to buy leaving a deposit. When i got home looked at this car for sale and it was only £10495. they agreed to honour the price and then claimed it was sold but they had found another at £10995 in further investigation it was at another citreon dealership and again £10695 take my advise if buying a car from them do some research first or buy direct from the garage selling the car i had to travel but saved £300 and had much better service. I have asked for my deposit to be paid back to me since they failed to supply the car i was buying and i'm still waiting for it to be put back into my account 5 days later.

Hi there, i had a nightmare of a buy from them, after selling me a car with a head gaskitt gone and telling me things were included and then finding that i had in actual fact had them put into my finance. i ended up paying deposit twice over, almost a year later and i am still waiting for my deposit back. This is after they spent 4 months chasing ME for money!! (That i never owed them) I hope you get your deposit back. :(

Did buy my last car from them just 4 months ago, brilliant service from the staff and Manager. what has gone wrong, the staff have not got a clue what is going on, they have no idea what they have and seem to be unable to make conversation, would not let me have a test drive, would not give me a price on my car, the vehicle we had seen on the web they say was incorrectly priced by the so called manager, who would not even leave his desk to say sorry. it's just a shambles. It never used to be like this. Take my advice and avoid these clowns.

I Ordered A Ds3 On 18th December 2010 And Was Give

I ordered a DS3 on 18th December 2010 and was given a date of 23rd for delivery. I was also assured it would be pre-new year, without a doubt.

New Year is here and I'm still waiting.

The sales manager insisted that I had to come in before the end of the year (30th) to sign the various documents and assured me the car was 'on the transporter' and would arrive later that day or the next.

Complete lies from start to finish. Needless to say, another Citroen garage will be carrying out the servicing. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

Collected New Renault On Tues And That Night The R

collected new Renault on Tues and that night the rear wash wipe stopped working, rung the garage up the next day, they got the vehicle straight in, gave me a car and rung me when it was done, Scott the boss was extreamly helpful and could not do enough for us. happy to say all is well with the vehicle now. when my wife first spoke to service they told me it would be a week till we can get to it. rung back and Scott answered the phone, rung us back and all sorted next day.

Brilliant And A First Class Service, Gave Them A T

brilliant and a first class service, gave them a try as there are two dealers in town that fix the blue oval, they were cheaper, faster, and while I was there ended up buying a new Mazda 6 for me and a Mazda 2 for my wife, just collected our two cars, very happy, the staff were friendly and found it a very comfortable experience, got to meet the main Boss Scott who cam out and thanked us for our business. Nice touch. very happy and will recommend to all our friends. Terry and Sue Whitmore.

You Have Got To Give These A Call Now, I Travelled

You have got to give these a call now, I travelled over 100 miles because other dealers here told me they could never get a C1 in white, then one said they could, got all the way there and because I was running late I rung them to ask for directions and the guy would not wait for me and said I was wasting their time, well thanks Evans Halshaw because due to you being so rubbish at Customer Service I discoved these people, Advantage Motor Group, I got an excellent deal on a New Citroen C1 in white which others told me they did not do, they delivered it to my house, I spent over £40,000 on my Audi and these guys gave me better service on a £7,000 car. Very Very happy and will be back for another car for the other daughter in Feb!
