Do not use net registry. They have a policy where if you sign up for their yearly rate, once the have been issued a statement, you are contractually required to pay it regardless of if you want to cancel their service. It is written in the fine print. Their customer service is zero if you try to make a serious complaint. I had to complain to the Department of Fair Trading to get a partial refund.
