I find it hard to believe the previous comments as I have been using and recommending Axia FX for over 2 years now and not once experienced any dealings of this kind. If I was you I would get the name of your account manager and lodge a complaint!

I had high expectations considering the previous reviews. I decided to go with AXIA based on what the previous reviewers said. My experience, however, as been entirely different. Axia has promised me stellar things (good FX rate, no fees, bla bla), but once I wired them the money, the story changed. They charged a fee and gave me a lower exchange rate. Overall I lost 0.5% of the transaction value. I would not recommend.

Sold villa in France for £400K & transferred proceeds back to UK. Axia FX helped me time the transaction to my advantage - saving approx £12K. Their dealer provided me with a series of intelligent market updates over the course of several weeks, enabling me to trade when rates were favorable. He was never pushy and seemed genuinely interested in securing me the best rate.

True to their word, Axia FX also gave an excellent rate on the day - which beat other FX companies by a wide margin and put the banks' rates to shame.

I estimate total saving from Axia FX at £15K - not a bad return!

Having changed Canadian $ to British pounds, AxiaFX was able to beat xe.com, HiFX, Worldfirst, and UK/Canadian banks.Highly recommended!

I use them all the time. I firstly found their registration process was excellent, and I had an account up and running within 5 minutes, compared to my previous provider, which I had to mess around sending ID.

Axia Fx Foreign Exchange also quote me excellent rates, and they are very transparent, so there is no need to go elsewhere.

I also used Axia Fx Foreign Exchange after a property agent recommended them. I was quite nervous at first, having not done anything like this before, but they made the whole process very easy and straight forward; from picking up the telephone to my Euros being in my Spanish bank account. I will certainly be using them for my next transfer later in the year.
