My Hotpoint Ffp187bp 12 Months Old, I Have Lost 2
My Hotpoint FFP187BP 12 months old, I have lost 2 freezer full of food due to same fault. Needed Module Board replacing, last time was only 5 months ago. Called today, no module board in stock have to wait! Hotpoint customer service don't seem interested, no offer of loan of product, couldn't give time of service, had to take whole day off work and will have to again when they finally let me know when it will be back in stock. Wouldn't buy another hotpoint product.
