The medical suit I received was not the size that was stated and so did not fit my dog. In order to verify this I had to open the packaging, which meant cutting off the hook at the top where you can hang the package. Apart from this the packaging was undamaged and can still be sealed. D for Dog refuse to refund me as they say the packaging is spoilt. So they have sold me something which is not 'satisfactory as described' as outlined in the Consumer Act 2015 and are refusing to uphold their legal obligations under that act.

I will never use them again and I urge others not to either. My poor little dog is now without a suit before her operation.

I purchased their hi viz personalised dig jacket for my 15 month old German Shepherd puppy and it was made from such cheap tacky material they actually sent it in an ordinary envelope! The material was so flimsy my pup had ripped a hole in it before I got it over his head!

It's absolutely rubbish, not even the quality of a human hi via jacket you can purchase for £3 anywhere!!

They gave the nerve to charge you £26 for this piece of rubbish so they must GE ripping customers off big time as its not worth more than £5!

MY ADVICE IS AVOID THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS AT ALL COSTS!! You can buy better quality products much cheaper elsewhere! 

Ii bought two of these vests in June 2014 and kept them in packaging until holiday in July 2015.

After using these for a week during our holiday I noticed one of them was coming apart near stitching on one shoulder.

I had not used them near bushes, only on beach.

On inspection, I noticed the material was very thin on this particular part, compared with the rest of the vest.

The 2nd vest was fine and the material around the shoulder part, much thicker.

On my return from holiday, I emailed web site and was informed :

1. The vest was probably snagged on bushes

2. I hadn't stored the vest correctly and it had happened to another customer.

My reply to this was:

1. Vest was only worm on beach, not through bushes

2. No instructions how to store vest, only what to do once usd

Really disappointed with response, it appeared she was using any excuse to admit this vest was sub-standard.

The other vest was used and stored the same. No mould or thinning of material with this one

Would not recommend

I was so pleased with my medical pet shirt purchased days before my dogs spay operation ! Absolutely loved it on her was comfortable protected the area and could even undo poppers to clip around neck area so she could do her wee without taking the shirt off she so preferred to the medical cone! Will also use as a drying top after a bath ! Service was great also so quick and I have already recommended to many friends who have also since purchased !

Perfect for after a muddy walk / bath keeps her snug and warm while she dries out she's very happy lounging about in her dressing gown! nice quality material

Just wanted to thank you for sending the Protecteive leg sleeve I ordered so quickly. I ordered it on Monday at 3pm and was delivered by 11am on Tuesday. It has been such a lifeline as my border collie had an operation on his leg on Tuesday. By the time I picked him up from the vets he had already bitten out one stitch. He is tolerating the sleeve really well and although he licks the surface of the material it is thick enough that it doesn't reach the wound. It is easy to fit and really well made and comfortable for him to wear.So much kinder than the buster collars. Would be nice if the outer surface was waterproof though.
