Money is not everything. Just because it's cheap (and actually there are cheaper ones out there such as O2 which is what I'm with) I don't recommend it.

I changed from Orange to Firefly and the difference was dramatic. At Orange, I was plagued by spam e-mails and the customer service was worse than useless. At one point I was receiving autoreplies from messages which apparently had been sent via my e-mail address. Orange knew of the problem but there was nothing they could do about it. At Firefly, things have been far more efficient, and customer/technical service is prompt and actually addresses any problems raised (rather than just quoting text from a crib sheet). Firefly is not the cheapest provider, but I am more than happy to pay the extra for what is an obviously better service than that provided by many other companies.

Fireflyuk is more expensive than some competitors, value for money is, of course, a product of price and quality and Fireflyuk's product is superb. The connection is always stable and the speeds are always high. On the few occasions I've asked for technical support, it has been very fast and personalised. Can you imagine the owner of AOL answering the phone or replying to an email?! Well with Fireflyuk that is the norm.
I've been with them for about 4 years - firstly on dial up and now on adsl max.
Don't be tempted to save a few pounds every month and put up with a slow speed. I really do recommend that you think about spending a couple of quid more and using Firefly.

I was with FireFly UK for many years, and to save some money I went to SKY. When I say went, I went on the 5th of March, and they have managed to blame everything on BT, and I am still to be connected. I wish I never left FF now :-(

<br/>No Broadband since the 5th of March. If I can now get out of it I will!
