Used them once and NEVER AGAIN! Used them for the first time and NEVER EVER again! Paid a package holiday in full, due to Covid-19 I was informed I'd get a full refund, they then said I could have vouchers. Then they just vanished! My friend and I booked a 10 day holiday to Kuta in Bali. When we arrived, we found that the transfer driver had never heard of our hotel, and tried dropping us to 3 different hotels instead. I was given some gift vouchers for Hays, I couldn't use them as I was working away. They expired after a year and shortly after they expired I asked Hays if they could be renewed to which I was told no. Used Hays Travel, Shaftesbury, to try and get some Swiss Francs for my daughter's ski trip. Was guaranteed that the money would be available 24 hours later. “Ripped off!! Book through website not an agent! ”

Booked holiday with hays through adviser who popped up on their website . Pressure all day to book which i mistook for being helpful. Then booked only to find adviser charged group £40+ per person EXTRA than cost on website. Absoultley ripped off and misold! Booked a cruise with Disney through Hays and received paper confirmation stating VS (Virgin) flights with flight times to our departure point in Port Canaveral Florida with a total price confirmed. Went to gateshead branch on 20th march 2016, to be helped by a lovley young lady who bent over backwards to price match a holida that ui had found with another airline.
