The Show And The Sets Were Absolutely Brilliant.
The show and the sets were absolutely brilliant. Unforgettable. The show was a birthday present for my daughter and the look on her face told me that it was the best present ever! The only negatives were the restricted view from the back of the stalls - There was periods during the show when we couldn't see the whole production due to the overhanging circle. Plus the unbearable heat - my 2nd daughter 'who isn't asthmatic, but has hayfever' could not breathe in the 2nd half and we had to go straight back to the hotel due to her condition rather than go for our planned meal. The show was ace - unfortunately the evening was spoiled overall due to Theatre Royal Drury Lane, environmental issue.

I Am Always Happy To Go And Watch A Play Or Musica
I am always happy to go and watch a play or musical.
I love everything about the Royal Theatre Drury Lane.
The staff are really nice.
The restaurants food is superb and the waiters were really kind and helpful.
The theatre is very clean and shiny. The theatre hall has plenty of space and you can see the whole stage from almost every seat.
The staff at entrance are always happy to help and guide you where you need to be.
Best - Restaurant, bar, theatre hall.
Worst Customer Service Team I've Ever Experience!
Worst customer service team I've ever experience! and I've come across a few in my lifetime....These guys have to be worse than Mint, maybe the theatre will see this and stop outsourcing their ticket sales to this call centre.
