Well I Recieved My Bt Verve 3010 Executive Dect Co
Well i recieved my BT Verve 3010 Executive DECT Cordless Phone this week and it wasn't a very good start because it was faulty. Whilst listening to the dialtone or whilst in a call the phone had terrible interference. Either the phone was bad from the off or it was getting electrical interference from somewhere. I thought it might have been our BT line / power socket but i put our old analogue cordless back on the same socket/plug and everything was fine. Also tried the digital phone in other sockets around the house and the same thing happened.
Oh well the unit has gone back now and has been replaced with one SouthWestern Bell Digital Cordless and one SWB corded phone and they work a treat.
Would i get another 3010 sometime if it wasnt faulty? no! as the bad points let this phone down to much.
Expected alot more from a £55 BT phone
