Hi,Thanks for explaining the circumstances regarding the recent service you have received from Renault Warrington. As we are not party to any of the detail in your dealings with Renault Warrington we are unable to comment at this point. This is the first time that you have made us aware of this matter since you took delivery back in June and we really cannot understand why you still have not contacted us by phone or email to let us know what has transpired? As you know, we would have happily intervened to try and help resolve your complaint but that offer was declined. For clarity, you may recall that you took delivery of the vehicle on 28th June 2018 and, despite having signed for and accepted delivery, a few hours later you told us that you noticed some light scratching on the van.Given your concerns, we advised you to take the van to a local body shop (for an independent and informed inspection) and you were told that the van may have had some factory or dealership repairs (prior to delivery) given some apparent "masking" marks.Having conveyed this finding to us, you initially intended to drop the vehicle back at our offices to resolve.
However, given the fact that this was a new van (and therefore under manufacturer’s warranty) it was suggested that you liaise directly with the supplying dealer (Renault Warrington).You agreed to this and the van was inspected by the fleet manager at Renault Warrington on 2nd July 2018.
The fleet manager accepted full responsibility for any issues and it was then further agreed that the matter be resolved directly between you and the Renault Warrington Fleet Manager and our involvement ceased at that point.
This review has therefore come as a surprise to us having had no updates nor communication whatsoever from you and we naturally assumed that this matter was therefore resolved.
If our assistance is required, then please contact us explaining what has transpired since that time as we would be more than happy to try and help resolve any outstanding issues with the supplying dealer.

Hi,as you know we record all telephone conversations. We have listened to the last recorded telephone conversation between you and our salesman. As an intermediary, you agreed that as "we" were not actually responsible for any paintwork issues as such, the best course of action would be for you to handle this matter "directly" with the supplier/manufacturer - Renault Warrington. In that conversation, we also asked you to contact us if you experienced any issues or problems in trying to resolve your complaint. You did not and have not contacted us since early July? You have not provided us with any information or progress updates whatsoever? Had you done so, I suspect our intervention would have brought about a quicker resolution for you. Indeed, the only reason we have become aware of this matter is solely down to you posting this review which is actually about the local Renault dealer taking so long to resolve whatever issues you may be experiencing and not our company. We understand that the vehicle was back in at Renault Warrington yesterday? We consequently remain confused as to whether you would like us to intervene or not? If you would like some help, why not contact the office explaining what has transpired since June as armed with this information we would be more than happy to contact Renault Warrington on your behalf?

all i can say is i bought the van off you and not Renault so the responsibility for the damage on the van should be down to you to sort out and not me if you lessen to the phone calls you will also see you tried blaming us for the damage until i told you i would supply you with the CCTV showing nobody had been near the van

Hi,The point here is that if you were having no joy resolving whatever the issue is or was with the van with the supplying dealer, given your contract was with us (as you say),why have you still not contacted us? Perhaps given the fact that you initially signed for and accepted the vehicle but then later pointed out the paintwork issues, the dealer is within its rights to walk away. However, as a goodwill gesture, they may have taken up your complaint and I presume are dealing or have already dealt with it? Without such feedback from you we remain totally in the dark as to where you are up to with whatever queries you had or may still have. Why not contact the office explaining what has transpired since June as armed with this information we would be more than happy to contact Renault Warrington on your behalf?

Hi,we remain confused and bewildered as to why you will not contact us "directly" given the points already made above.You choose to continue to air your frustration in a public arena yet will not explain to us directly what has transpired with Renault Warrington over the last 3 months? In the circumstances, I am not sure we can therefore assist you until you reconsider your stance in choosing to simply not communicate with us.Regarding the invoice,as you organised funding on the vehicle, the vehicle was invoiced by us to them. Should you require a copy, I have no doubt that the finance company will be more than happy to provide this to you.Hope this helps.

i have in may possession a vehicle order form order id 05031733/1 for the original van ordered showing a breakdown of the the van deposit paid deposit required before van is delivered and vat on van we have never had this on the van you supplied to us
