Having just had an operation I wanted to be sure that my follow up physio session would be authorised. The young lady who answered the phone was extremely calm and friendly , putting me at ease as I'm still recovering from the op. She listened to my query and then went on to explain clearly about my cover regarding physio and that it would be authorised and assured me that she would update my details on line. Having used Health Online services twice in the last couple of months I have found them to be superb. From a call to their customer service desk where my question was answered easily and quickly to the fast and effective reimbursement of money i had paid out in advance for dental work. Called regarding a claim and was provided with the claims email address to forward receipt details to. Had no reply from the company regarding the email. Called to ask if it was recieved/progress and was told to expect a cheque within 10 days. I did receive a cheque within the timeframe and a letter detailing my allowances. I waited almost 20 minutes to get to talk to anyone about the following: I had reported that they had not paid the bill for an appointment I had on 10th October although they had told me they would pay it in full as they had mishandled the case. That was about 3 weeks ago and I had a letter from the Surgeon saying they STILL had not been paid so I rang (and had this very long wait) only to be told that they would pay it next week.
