I have been with Dial Direct for a number of years and they have always been so simple to use!!!! Having RAC cover has been fantastic and I’ve had to use them a few times with no problems!!! I would never go anywhere else!!!! I’ve never had to make a claim - thank God - but I’m sure they would be so helpful. There’s nothing so can think of that they need to improve - just continue to be amazing!!!!

All really simple, even for an old duffer like me! Reasonable pricing for excellent cover, with little or no faffing about. My renewal came through email, it was only a small amount more than last year, so it was an easy choice to renew with dialdirect.

The Dial Direct service and cost of insurance is the best bang for your buck on the market. For the amount that you pay and the customer satisfaction hits the nail on the head. They did such a good job, I took out a second year of insurance cover.

I have always found DD easy, transparent to deal with and reasonable priced. I do check prices every year at renewal but even if there is a few pound difference I just tend to stay where I am unless its a big difference due to the positive customer experience. The only thing I don't like is the admin charge to change anything on the policy but I have only had to do that once.

I chose Dial Direct car insurance for 2022/23 as being the most affordable and which included my on going needs for safe cover and driving. As soon as its reminder for renewal appeared for the next twelve months, I was very surprised that the increased premium was nowhere near as much as anticipated. In fact it was just a few pounds different making it possible to remain with Dial Direct for another year.

I had to change cars within the first month of my renewed policy. To amend my policy to the new car they wanted to charge me £1092! My original car was only around £380. If I was a new customer it was £800, so no idea where the extra £300 comes from. Other companies were charging around £450 for the new car. To cancel my policy (I’m not paying that much for insurance!) it cost £135 in non refundable fees.

I was offered an extra discount by the advisor, which is lower than the other providers.

Doing my car insurance online was frustrating and long winded, eventually I managed to speak with an agent based in South Africa who was very helpful, however 24 hours later I still have not been able to sort out Portal/account due to password problems so I have not yet seen my documents

had to ask for a better renewal price but they did go just a bit better the the lowest comparision qoute but very nice and curtist staff, applied a loyalty discount, why could that have not been in my renewal quote
