Having bought a conservatory from Anglian, probably my worst decision ever, unable to get them to come back to attend to 3 items. Customer support refer my emails to the local Addlesftone office and their field manager ignores emails and phone calls! “Selling product not fit for purpose”

Although I have a few unsatisfied points regarding Anglian, I am very unhappy with one particular product. The composite door. I am sure we have been sold a dodgy door. It cost us £1000 for this door and was sold on the fact that it was going to last us years and no need to re-paint... Thank you for the reply on this.
Pictures were sent few months after the door was fitted. It was sent again after that. Recently, when one of the window started to cloud over and Anglian came to replace the glass on this (A couple of weeks ago) I asked him what was happening with the door. He told me he did not know anything about the door but will report it for us and took some more photos. Why is this being avoided? It is quite clear the door has defective paint.
Do you need more pictures? Please let me know.

“Company in CHAOS! Stay Well Away......”

Our installation was in November 2016 and 12 months later we are still awaiting the fitment of 3 replacement windows and a double glazed unit. Today was Anglian's 7th attempt to sort out this problem (still un-resolved!). All 7 visits were different fitting teams and we are on our 3rd installation manager. “Would not Recommend to people I dont like”

We having work done on our windows by this company which started on the 18th Sept and it not finish as yet. And been told it will not finish until 7th of Nov and all we had for them is we sorry for this. And in my book this is not very good for a company which we was told are very good to have your work done by. we paid out over 17k for windows and doors. “8 Months for windows and doors. Still waiting!”

Signed up to Anglian in March. Windows and doors came in May but they where all too small. Anglian came again in September to refit but only brought 1 window which was now too big, 1 door which was too small and the back door had gone missing. I made an official complaint a weeks ago and I'm still waiting for someone to come back to me to acknowledge that they have at least read my email, Awful service and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy… Read Full Review

Makes me laugh that I wrote a review with no swearing in at all and it wouldn't let me submit as something I had wrote was banned! Clearly don't want to hear the truth of how I found Anglia when purchasing a front door and french doors for the porch! “Our new eaves”

Very pleased with the work done, a very professional job. Scaffolders arrived on time and did a quick and efficient job. In the meantime, Anglia's fitters got started on lower level work. The team were very polite, pleasant and friendly and did a superb job. When the job was done, scaffolders came back to take down scaffolding. “DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER...”

10 years ago we bought products from Anglian and were very happy with them, so when we were planning our new extension we went straight to Anglian and ordered again. Big mistake. Obviously things have changed in 10 years. Salesman told us about how they would deal with the delivery for a new build. Customer Services couldn't even find our order on the system. My whole experience with Anglian was positive. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, so that I knew what to expect beforehand. On the installation day Anglian sent a team of 4 to replace 6 of my windows, including 1 very large one, so the work was soon completed. The sales pitch was helpful and explained benefits and procedures. The Survey appeared to be thorough and extensive and the proposed installation procedure was explained, the windows fitting perfectly on installation. Any person considering using Anglian should read 10-20 pages of reviews, which will give you a clear indication what standard this company truly represents and it isnt 5 star. Our dealings with this company over 2 jobs has been shocking. worst customer experience ever. I've booked 4 appointments to get the windows installed and they just don't turn up. obviously we have already paid an enormous amount of money and they keep saying that they are stuck in the traffic and unable to do the work. unacceptable. the staff is also very rude and we had to wait 50 minutes on the phone before being able to speak with someone. waste of time and money… Read Full Review

“Window and door replacement”

From intial visit to discuss cost and design to completion excellent service. The installation was completed ahead of time, great workmanship. The installation men were professional and really friendly, also ext=remedy clean and left everywhere tidy. Quality of product is excellent and immediately could tell the difference from previous double glazing products by the warmth in the house. We were expecting installation on the monday, however received a phone call the previous thursday to say they were suffering sickness and would be attending 9 am on the tuesday at 9am.
